I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location was perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions and get around without any hassle. One of the best features was that the hotel was surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops, so there were plenty of dining options within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and everything I needed was conveniently nearby. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

Bellas Artes is in a prime location in the Historic District in Downtown Mexico, City. Great area to walk and see all the historic beautiful architecture buildings not to name all the great restaurants near by. The main square the Zocalo is just a few blocks away. I have stayed here several times at this hotel and it is always peaceful & quiet. The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean. The staff is friendly and professional.

Great location, in the heart of Centro Historico. Rooms were pretty pristine, loved the high ceilings and the vestibule in the room. The staff was cordial and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Conocer el centro histórico, bellas artes, la alameda, casa de los azulejos, todo a 10 minutos caminando. Pocos hoteles como este, los beneficios superan por mucho el costo.

If you’re visiting CDMX for culture, museums, architecture, lots of walking and eating this location is perfect. If your looking for a place gentrified look elsewhere but do yourself a favor and don’t skip the opportunity to dive into the beauty centro historico has to offer. The high ceiling this place has offer was so dreamy to me. Only thing I would change is the terrace not having furniture. That would be such a great lounge area at night if it did. I’ll def be back.

The place is nicely decorated and cozy. It’s clean and well maintained. Also love the high ceiling. Air conditioning is working well. Location is close to the tourist spots with lots of food options. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

Nice hotel with an awesome location! I would definitely recommend it!

Check-in was easy, front desk workers were helpful and kind. Room was clean, spacious, quiet and we had a great view from the balcony. The rooms were also beautiful, clean and the snacks/drinks were complimentary and were refilled daily. We did have to request fresh towels, and we would have liked to have known more about the hotel amenities such as the gym, terrace area and downstairs bathroom in the lobby. We were greeted every time, and questions were answered in a timely manner. On the last day of our stay, at check-out, the front desk did a final walk through, and we had forgotten one of our purses with our passport, he brought it down to us before we left. We were very thankful.

Hotel management needs to re-train some of it's staff in hospitality. The night manager was rude and condescending towards to us and our friends when we tried to invite them up for a drink. I understand that it might have been late and there are rules but that should be communicated to hotel guests with some level of grace and politeness. If you're trying to pass yourself off as an elegant establishment then you should treat your guests similarly. Though who knows, maybe if we were dressed in suits and blazers we would have received better treatment. Also the hotel listings should let you know that some of the rooms look onto an alleyway staircase and are thus fogged for privacy. Meaning you cannot see out of them. They open a crack so you can look into the dingy alleyway. Amazing ! The hotel itself is very centrally located the interior is beautiful but it does not in anyway make up for the soul sucking experience I had here. There is no reason to stay here when there are so many other options in centro historical.

A very unique place. You should have 1 staff member who speaks English. Restaurant food was fabulous.
