Room was clean and in good condition and staff were courteous. One issue the shower head holes were plugged no water coming out. Front desk didn’t address the issue or provide different room with working shower, had to shower without a shower head water pouring all over the place… I expect from a hotel a bed and a shower, I got a bead and a non working shower…

Ok stay. May or may not come back here Check in: took forever, I do not know why. Check out: some confusion about me paying or not, took a while too. Location: close to Avenida revolución. Our room was quite thankfully Amenities: breakfast was delicious!! First morning it took forever as the ladies forgot I was there and I had to wait 30 mins. I was being a patient person. Second morning was much faster. but it was great. Room: small, standard room. Nothing too special. Nice smart TV. Internet was awful at nighttime. Some hair on the carpet that was not mine. Bathroom ok. Cool safe. Biggest problems and my reason for 2 stars: check in took a while. Check out took a while and they were confused about payment. No hot water for 3 days. Please be better than me and complain and complain until the water is hot!

Good comfortable hotel. They need to stop using plastic and Styrofoam for their breakfast service. The pancakes were better than the eggs!

Daily housekeeping, a quiet location with breakfast provided. What more could you ask for!

El hotel es limpio en una zona muy céntrica a un par de calles está toda la vida nocturna de Tijuana, en general bien, los verdaderos alrededores están solos, personal del hotel de la noche es bastante malo, de lo peor que me ha tocado viajando. Piden un depósito de 500 pesos en efectivo para darte llave y control, sino no te dan nada, si llegas noche es una pésima opción. El internet está bien, la televisión con pocas opciones y las habitaciones son muy pequeñas.

Todo excelente en este hotel que visito año con año para ir de compras y turistear por SD, a excepción de un detalle: me hospede por 4 noches y ningún día me hicieron limpieza de la habitación a pesar de estar acomodada. Único inconveniente.

La ubicación esta de 10, la habitación estaba pequeña pero muy cómoda, cuenta con estacionamiento y un desayuno sencillo pero rico. El único problema es que el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir por las mañanas, lo que lleva a que se desperdicie mucha.

Se realiza un cargo adicional, el cual no viene mencionado, no hay agua caliente y no hay internet

Pésimo personal de recepción

el menu del desayuno chilaquiles cafe y frijoles, el de larecepcion me hizo cancelar mi reservacion y volver a hacerla en linea porque iba mi hija menor y no estaba en la reservacion pues solo puse 2 adultos, muy grosero el de la recepcion nada amable apesar de que vio que ya era tarde y estabamos cansados del viaje
