I’ve been to Puerto Rico 3 times and stayed at a hotel so for my 4th trip, I decided to try out staying at an apartment for the experience. My husband and I stayed here for 6 days and we have a very mixed review. Pros: AC system was great, clean bedding and furniture, safe neighborhood, secure outside gate, bright lighting, dark curtains, microwave and host replied relatively quick. Cons: so many ANTS crawling around! Luckily they were ants so I knew they’re harmless but still.. I was very uncomfortable knowing I’m sleeping with these ants crawling around on the wall next to me. Also saw a tiny centipede one night in the sink when I went to use the restroom which freaked me out but that was just that one time. They provided only 3 towels for our 6 day trip. I personally use a new towel every time I shower so I was extremely unsatisfied with this. I also asked if they have extra toilet paper on my first day and he replied ‘2 guests used one roll in less than 24 hours?’ to which I said no but I just want to know for the upcoming days. Was told they only provide one roll so my husband went to Walgreens nearby to buy a new roll when we were out. All in all, the place itself is nice but the cons outweighed the pros for me. Sticking to hotels from now on.

We can start with communication after booking with the host was nonexistent. Did not check to make sure we were able access unit, if we were comfortable during, or how things went during check out. The only time I asked a question was regarding where to put trash when full and received no response. The photos posted in the listing do not completely match what was presented when we got to the unit. Only one handle in the bathroom sink works, had to buy batteries for the remote that controls the light/ceiling fan in the living room. Bed was uncomfortable and quite noisy. Mass amount of trash on sidewalk next to unit which caused area to smell in the excessive heat. There was also a musty/mildewy smell in the unit which may have been caused by the water stain that was next to the entry door. Also had to buy garbage bags, paper towels, etc as no supplies were provided. Overall, was not satisfied with our stay but due to other circumstances, could not book elsewhere last minute. Would not book again and definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.

Checked in and there was ants already everywhere, and nothing looked cleaned it just looked as if someone put it together to look clean
