Fantastic experience

Amazing

I did not like that they canceled my booking. they said the credit card expiry was wrong, but its all automated. I rebooked with no problems - same card, but at a higher rate. the staff was a bit dazled by simple request to make a moctail with a shot and one with out. friendlyness of some staff, not great, rest were great. hotel is very nice, local things very nice. i would stay again, but be more patient with hip staff.

We loved our stay at the Postmark. A very unique property, close to lots of dining options. Quiet, clean and well run.

Beautiful new (2024) hotel with plenty of shopping and wandering close by. Very attentive staff willing to go the extra mile. Food in the rooftop restaurant was delicious.

We stayed in a King suite and it was very roomy, immaculate with upscale boutique decor. Very comfortable bed and linens. Modern shower and quality toiletries. Staff very professional and friendly. Great overall.

Everything was fantastic

Cute boutique hotel at a good value. The rooms are small but modern and perfect for a couple staying a night or two.

Staff were great. Breakfast and bar service were excellent.

The only complaint would be lack of space in bathroom and poor makeup lighting

There was an error with my room booking. The front desk fixed the issue very quickly and even compensated with a no charge room to correct the error. They went over and above in my eyes.

It was disappointing. Room was too cold and thermostat was locked. A portable heater was available but inadequate. Light switches were confusing and made no sense. For the price and touting a 4 star levdl, we just couldnt see it.
