Malgré avoir eu des problèmes à trouver l'hôtel car je ne voyais pas par où passer, j'ai grandement apprécié la courtoisie du personnel et leur conseil pour le stationnement et les restaurants. La propreté des lieux est impeccable et le petit déjeuner à la hauteur de mes attentes. Bravo !

Great location and even better staff. If I could have given Valerie at reception a 6 star I would have. Right next to the stairs to convention de cristo if you are willing to take the stairs to get there. Wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

Quarto confortável, com camas muito boas e um ambiente agradável. O café da manhã era variado e tudo estava muito gostoso. A localização é excelente — o réveillon aconteceu em frente ao hotel e foi ótimo, sem causar barulho ou qualquer tipo de distúrbio. Experiência muito positiva, com certeza voltaria a me hospedar.

Parking is 5 min walk away. Little things that make the property not a five star. Room was small. Room had a smell. Temperature was hard to control. Bathroom with no privacy - glass partitions. No small face cloths. Bed was hard. Breakfast was standard but not outstanding. Good aspects: clean room. Fast internet. 2 free bottles of water.

We have had a wonderful day. We are traveling as a family and everyone here is very polite and friendly. There isn’t anything that I have needed or wanted that hasn’t been very well taken care of thanks.

It’s right on the town square. Very convenient for visiting the convent de Cristo and historical grounds. Great breakfast and other dining opportunities. We loved the happiness of the staff.

It’s not a 5 Star hotel, it’s nice and the staff is very friendly but we had a hard time trying to get the A/C to work and never worked. The shower didn’t close well so there was water all over the floor

We booked two rooms overlooking the square. Each room was clean and very comfortable. The only odd thing is the glass wall to the bathroom. We are not used to this type of openess. Didn't ruin our stay but definitely a thing to think about if sharing a room with someone your not married to. Could get weird quick. The hotel was centrally located as well and close to the knights Templar castle. Overall, it was a great stay
