The check in process was strange, you show up to the restaurant and have to ask a waitress or bartender to help you out. They didn't know the process very well as the management had just changed. Originally, I was told we'd get breakfast delivered but we never did. The host didn't respond to my messages. The room had an old remnant of wine and glasses still out. Otherwise it was fine. I wouldn't book again, but the restaurant food was delicious.

The hilltop location is an outright 10 - fantastic for excursions all over Porto. Direct Bus even to the Airport for 2 EUR in front of the apartment. Opposite to the beautiful, bright and spacious room and kitchen layout, the small bathroom design with 0 surfaces to place even a small toiletry bag is a pitty. Also the beds protruding metal pillars are a bad design and have caused a painful toe not only for me. A plus was the friendly staff who was always easy reachable via WhatsApp.
