I had the only private room with bathroom. Toilet had no seat; one window wouldn't close; no shower curtain or enclosure; no working ceiling light and the one bedroom table lamp had an exposed wire which gave me a shock; tv didn't work at all. All in all a very poor value. Stay away.

O atendimento do Hugo foi fantástico, mas a qualidade do hostel no geral é fraca, comparada aos mesmos padrões que encontramos no mesmo custo benefício.Falta um pouco mais de cuidado com a infraestrutura.

Good location but running of the property seems a bit disorganised and cleanliness could be a lot better. The area is very loud at night so you will need ear plugs even if you are not a light sleeper

Houve uma situação que foi resolvida muito pontualmente pela pousada, o que nos deixou muito feliz, foram sempre muito prestativos com tudo, desde da indicação dos sitios bom para visitar em Braga.
