Lovely location, very quiet and homey.

There is no front desk and so you need to register in advance and receive security codes to get in. That's fine with me except that I didn't get the codes. I messaged and called multiple times before finally getting an answer a couple of hours before arriving. Otherwise the space is huge and very well appointed. Despite being on a major street the bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. It would be a five star review if it wasn't for the check-in process and lack of communication.

There were pots for cooking and dishes that were very nice. It had a keurig coffee machine, but it would have been nice if it had a french press for manual coffee prep. There was dish soap, but no laundry soap and as such we were not able to use washer dryer. However it was a beautiful apartment with nice bedrooms. There was a problem finding the free parking spot. However the last night of the stay, the next door neighbor had a party and blocked our parking spot. There was also a giant pile of snow /ice in front of our parking spot making it impossible for us to use the parking spot. Then we had to find another parking spot on the main road.

Vraiment un beau loft. Grande cuisine. 2 belles chambres avec 2 grands lits. Nous étions 5 adultes donc 1 personne a dû coucher sur futon…qui était un peu moins confortable. Pour le stationnement, nous avons dû stationner dans la rue car pas disponibilité (même si j’avais demandé la possibilité d’en réserver un lors de ma réservation. J’avais demandé qu’on m’appel mais jamais eu de retour d’appel. J’ai appelé 2 jours avant, mais pas de dispo. En général, vraiment apprécié ce beau loft. Je recommande.

Clean, large comfortable space in an excellent location. No hair conditioner available, needed to go shopping for that. Mostly quiet but we had squeaky floors above our bed. Air conditioners flash bright lights all night long in one of the bedrooms, makes no sense.

Great stay

Nice accommodation but unfortunately the sink leaked and the blinds in one bedroom did not close all the way. Other than that, great area, great price, and responsive service.

Love the apartment. The stairs were tough. The manager was so kind to accommodate our early checking request. I will definitely stay there again.

Just perfect. Incredibly comfortable beds. Spacious layout. Lovely aesthetic. Great neighborhood. AND OFF STREET PARKING WITH A BACK DOOR ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT. Five stars all the way.

It was large & lovely. Parking included. Close to pick up spot for hop on & hop off bus tours which were wonderful. Excellent bagels just around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay. I had to make last minute reservtion due to cancellation of prior booked place. This would be my first choice if I made another trip to beautiful Montreal.

instructions were not clear and misleading. Parking not available (which was key for me), was locked out with lock not functioning properly. while the place was very well decorated, bathroom had some urine stains, floor was not swept. Bedrooms were comfortable..

Great but the check in instructions were awful. The place is nice and I recommend it. But the instructions left us very confused and it caused a lot of problems.

Property was very clean and tidy and close to everything,highly recommended.the only problem is the parking.

Très jolie Loft assez grand pour accueillir 6 personnes et bien situé. Par contre, il manque d'équipements dans le loft. Il n'y avait pas de coupes à vin, de guenilles pour essayer ou nettoyer la cuisine, pas de planche à découper, pas de balais, pas de serviette supplémentaire, vraiment le stricte minimum. Il manque un peu de finition aussi au niveau du ménage. La communication n'a pas été facile, un des numéros était invalide et l'autre même si nous avons demandé à 3 reprises des verres de vin, personne est venu en porter. Pour le stationnement aussi, nous n'avons pas eu d'aide à ce niveau avec l'agent en ligne.

Excellent location. Very thankful for the parking spot. Apartment was lovely, modern and comfortable for our party of 6. Overall, very clean, but there were some details missed (dusty lamps and bathroom fans, rusty toilet paper holder). But definitely somewhere I would stay again.

Very nice location and clean property great space for my family. Only thing was got me anixous the day before checking in, can’t reach the hotel and phone number posted by Expedia was wrong. Finally got a reply on the day we arrive. Also finding parking is a pain.
