Room was run-down. Carpet was grimy and had some stains on it. Sheets were clean but coverlet on one bed had a stain on it. Bathroom tub was chipped, shower-head sprayer had some blocked nozzles, and shower light was flickering…had to keep my eyes closed as I got dizzy from the strobe effect.

No toothbrush and toothpaste, no sleepers. Water licking. Bathroom doesn’t have fan. Too noisy.

There is no hair dryer in my room. The light in the bath is flashing.

Beds were clean. Only one way to get in and out of hotel so it can be a longer walk.

Recently stayed for 2 days the property was not well maintained, the bathroom had no hand towels or face clothes when I asked for some they didn't seem to care showed up 40 min later with 1 of each. Found the staff not to be all that polite, bathroom faucet leaked all night, the bathtub was a mess plug was broke. Over all the only that was good the beds were clean and comfy I will not return.

Room was clean, dated!! Beds were ok comfort wise. No AC in the room just a couple of stand up fans, one was very noisy after it had been on for a bit had to turn it off cause of the noise! They other was ok. No restaurant, staff said it was unfunctionable. The "smart" TV was terrible, hardly connected had to keep going into settings to reset wifi connection, tried unplugging it etc very fusturating all around!

Sheet were very worn and stained. Blackout curtains had large hole in them. Front desk staff were helpful. Housekeeping staff told me the stains weren’t blood and all the sheets had stains. Would not stay here again. Did not feel safe at this location.

we stayed for one night. We wouldn’t be going back. the tub had the finish peeling off, would wash a dog in there. toilet wasnt bolted down. My boyfriend almost fell into the tub while using the toilet. Homeless people outside in the parking lot using drugs/needles. Asked for a late checkout as we were attending the Calgary marathon and they wanted $50 per room to have a 1pm checkout. We definitely would not stay at the place again.

Great location, 2 minutes to train but have to walk through a sketchy area. The room wasn't fancy and very dates. Bathtub peeling and no soundproofing. Bring some ear plugs! Good for a convenient stay close to downtown.

Our stay was ok. The room wasn’t vacuumed the couch was dirty. No extra blankets. The hide a bed mattress had dead flys and other particles in it. A portable AC unit was in the room. Taped into the window to draw fresh air. Shower curtain was ripped and no extra towels or face cloths. Light over the bathtub was flickering like a strobe light. Reported it and nothing was done. Was not impressed

Parking was good. I haven’t used the A/C. I brought my own heater, because the thermostat wasn’t working?

The window had a huge hole in one of the panes of glass, the pool didn’t have towels and was often occupied by swimming lessons. There were unhoused people going through the dumpsters and sleeping in the parking lot

Phoned the front deck numerous times about our bath draining so slow. Taking a shower and water above our ankles. There was never towels at the pool, had to call for more. Hot tub does not exist anymore, they build a wooden deck over it. The pool emergency phone was not working, no way to contact out. Pool emergency float device missing from the wall.

The hotel is terrible. Not at all like the glossy pictures. The furniture in the room is all banged up. The sofa was so dirty and stained that I would not sit on it. Bathroom sink was broken and had no plug. Most of the enamel in the tub was missing. The carpet is dirty and stained. Lots of litter all around the parking lot. I asked about the room cleaning and was told that I needed to request at the office for it to be done. I wonder about how authentic the previous reviews are as this hotel is very substandard.
