The house was fantastic!!! A great layout with the two master suites! The outdoor setting — pool and deck with a view of the ocean and Buck Island — was unparalleled. Great communication with the owners. I am raving to my friends about our stay!

There are some great features of this property, but also some big areas that need addressed. The layout of the house is great, the amenities especially in the kitchen are top notch and you are in a very peaceful area. Be warned that the house is not air conditioned, only the bedrooms and the units struggle in the heat....the beds are not comfortable in any way...tons of mosquito's in the house no matter what you do and the pool was not clean enough to get into for any length...Plus you are 30 minutes away from the nearest town or store....at 5:00 a.m. it took 50 minutes to get to the airport. A little maintenance and upgrades would really make a difference.

THE VILLA IS FREAKING AMAZING! I FELT LIKE I WAS A MILLIONAIRE. IT IS JUST AS IT IS PICTURED BUT A MILLION TIMES BETTER. THAT VIEW IS WHAT I AWOKE TO EVERYDAY! THE PEACE AND SERENITY WAS A PIECE OF HEAVEN. THE BEDROOMS ARE SO SPACIOUS AND I COULD LIVE IN THE BATHROOMS. THE BEDS ARE SUPER COMFY AND THE KITCHEN IS ANY CHEFS DREAM. THE AMENITIES ARE AWESOME, ALL I HAD TO PURCHASE WAS FOOD. I WAS CELEBRATING MY 60TH BIRTHDAY AND I HAD THE BEDT TIME OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. THE POOL AND THE DECK, WITH THE GAS GRILL WAS UTTILIZED EVERYDAY. THE SUNKEN IN LIVING ROOM IS DROP DEAD GORGEOUS! SITTING IN THE DINING AREA TELLING ALEXA TO PLAY MY FAV SONGS AS I FEASTED, WAS EVERYTHING. THE TWO OWNERS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I HAD THE BEST BIRTHDAY AND VACAY EVER.OH AND THE BREEZE, I DID NOT USE THE AIR CONDITIONER NOT ONE OF THE FIVE DAYS I STAYED THERE!

My family and I had a wonderful time, they had everything we needed and more.

It was very private alot of space really close to the nice beaches on the east end will most definately stay here again
