Great staff, arrived late, they waited until I arrived. Very nice staff, location is very good and convenient to restaurant and shops. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Property is set in a secure compound, with cafe's, shops and a drycleaner/laundry (not related to the hotel). Staff speak English, getting into the hotel requires a secure key from Reception. Make sure you have their phone number because the hotel is on the second floor and the security officer at the entrance is not authorized to use the lift to allow you to go up to the floor. The building has 25 floors in total and lifts are access controlled going up and down. Beautiful area, clean with childrens playground, outdoor gym and dog park. 10 minute walk from Arcadia area, with may restaurants and shopping. Everything is open despite the current war.
