Fijne locatie, ruime kamers en erg schoon.

We had a great stay; however, some things could be improved. Rooms are not 100% sound proof since you can hear when the custodians are in the other room, etc. Hot Tub was great, good location and good area.

Reception was very nice, but time is time. If the checkout time is at 12pm u better be by the door heading out because the cleaners coming to knock at the door even if you are pulling your clothes on or doing the final makeup at 12pm.

This is a great, comfortable property that is very well managed and nice to stay at. I would definitely stay here again. Diana, who manages the reception, is very kind and was a pleasure to deal with. This property provides privacy and has a wonderful swimming pool. My apartment was spacious and had everything I needed.

I really like the centralized location of this property. Although they're doing renovation there was no noise or interruption. The suites are large and I especially love the full sized kitchen.

Clean and relaxing. The only thing that didnt sit well with me is that the bed sheet had a few stains.

The property is nice and clean. The only thing, the living room a/c wasn’t working. The other thing, if you staying there, I suggest you rent a vehicle. It’s a little distance from the city center and the malls.

Notre sejour s’est bien passé dans l'ensemble malgré quelques détails déplaisants. Le penthouse que nous avons réservé manquait d'entretien général, les leds qui ne fonctionnent pas voir mal, du matériel détérioré dans la salle de bain, et les plaques chauffantes de la cuisine qui ne fonctionnent pas du tout. Autre détail les lumieres de la terrasse ne s'éteignent pas une fois la nuit tombée malgré notre demande à les éteindre. Le jaccuzi ne fonctionne pas en intégralité. La cloison avec le penthouse attenant est très mince on a l'impression de vivre avec les voisins d’a côté, obligé de taper dedans pour qu'ils fassent moins de bruit. Cependant les chambres sont confortables ainsi que l'espace de l'hébergement, cela est tres plaisant. Mais pour ce prix c'est sûr que nous ne reviendrons pas. Ah oui aussi, pas d'articles de toilettes dans la salle de bain ni même 1 ou 2 petites bouteilles d'eau dans le réfrigérateur.

Hotel’s far from food establishments. Need to take a taxi to get to the closest restaurant. I asked to check out 1PM which the personnel confirmed since I’ll be too early to the airport. But after a few minutes while waiting in the room she came in and told me to leave for whatever reason. You don’t do that to clients. She. could’ve said no in the first place and I would’ve obliged.

What I didn't like was rectified by the management of the apartment

I contacted the property to let them know that my flight was delayed several hours and I will be checking in very late. I received a response stating that there won't a problem insince they have a 24 hours reception, I saved the message. When I got there around 3:00am on March 6th, there was nobody to check me in. I request a full refund for this reservation.

Séjour moyen, clim bruyante, beaucoup de moustiques, petit réfrigérateur, beau carrelage mur salle de bain mais sombre et sale, impossible d'étendre une serviette, étendoir minuscule et mur salle, pas beaucoup de place de parking. Le reste, ça peut aller.

Everything was great..friendly security and reception..i felt save..parking good..i coudnt use the waterboiler it was dirty ( thats the only thing) We had a wonderfull staying Thank you

Very nice place close to downtown. This place has parking and air conditioning. I would definitely stay here again and the beds are very comfortable.
