Excellent location, clean and comfortable bijou room

Great location staff very helpful

Booked two rooms through Expedia, had the two reservation confirmations, but there was only one room available. We had to find a second hotel room elsewhere.

Very nice place to stay nice town comfortable bed friendly staff. Breakfast was very limited as in didn’t have any orange juice or certain other items but overall wasn’t an issue reflecting my stay.

Very centrally located, quiet, clean, fast wifi, good shower.

Overall cleanliness was OK. The bathroom looked newly refurbished, however the shower caddy was rusty and the soap dispensers were empty. No parking but there is a car park behind the hotel, also from the road isn’t easy to spot as it looks like a restaurant from the front. Breakfast was OK, one choice of coffee only included in the price. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Room was clean, only little hiccup was no milk or cup when i arrived, but staff got them asap. Very friendly and welcoming.

Staff very good and courteous but room left a lot to be desired.Chips out of walls, liquid splashed on 1 wall and left to dry,bathroom was dirty(dust), shower was full of mould, rust on stainless steel, toilet seat stained and the bowl (top edge) hadn't been cleaned in a while. The laminate also seemed as not fit for purpose as chipped and lifting

Easy to get to, parking was close and not too dear £2:80 for 24 hrs. Room was nice although pigeons made a bit of noise. Comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Clean rooms, good staff, bit odd that the bar shut at 5.30 sunday afternoon.

Direct needed to be changed on arrival as it was awful. Staff were attentive but unprofessional. Sink was blocked in the bathroom and there was no hot water at all including the shower. Big fan outside the window buzzed the whole time. I didn’t eat or take breakfast, thought it safest not to….

The rooms are nice - the cleaning can be better, same as the staff.

The breakfast was excellent, as was the food in the evenings. The staff were very helpful.

Hotel is located great for shops, Transport and bars. Was impressed with the room and very easy to find the hotel, it has a lovely bar downstairs that does a wide variety of cocktails. Their is only two things that let this hotel down and stop it getting 10/10. • Night Entrance is difficult and you lightning/ visibility is poor intill you get very near the door. • Customer service was poor and the out of hours contact number is no use what so ever

Cute room, stayed for 1 night, was just what we needed after a day of hiking. Service and food were awesome, very friendly staff.

Central location to shops, bars and restaurants

Only spent one night here but our room was really good (modern and felt new). Had everything we needed and bed/pillows really good. It was hot night but expected it with the nice weather (room did have a small cooling unit and we brought our own fan). Nice bar and restaurant attached. Would stay here again next time we come to Haverhill.

no air condition and very dirty window which I couldn't open it.
