ChanYin is a small gem of a hotel in Chengdu! The aethetics are so delicate and exquisite! The staff are all very nice and friendly, though their lack of English was a stumbling block, even with GoogleTranslate. A real oasis in the vast blandness of Chengdu city.

Lovely hotel that is unique in Changdu. Subway stop right out front. The area is not the best, but is easy to get to all the locations you are going to want to see. Great staff, can’t fault them.

The service is wonderful, the best I had for a long time. The reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is not really their fault but how all hotels set all their rooms thermostats to the same temp and we can not really lower when it’s hot. We ended up opening the window during our entire stay plus asking for a fan.

really nice nice hotel !

Stayed here for 13 days, the zen theme really comes alive in this place as advertised. Rooms are very clean and the shower/toilets come with smart systems. Service staffs are also superbly friendly, I ordered food delivery near midnight and they even brought it up to my room. Definitely reccomend this place to other travellers. Plenty of good food in the next street next to the hotel + train station directly beside.

I have stayed in many different hotels in China, but this is the best. When I arrived the staff were really helpful and accommodating. I searched through many city centre hotels in Chengdu before booking this one. The pictures of the hotel and the reviews made it stand out. However, it was so much better than the pictures conveyed. The rooms,gardens, traditional decoration and the staff were of the highest level. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone who is looking for a special experience in Chengdu, China. Also, the Sichuan breakfast is si delicious.

It felt like a Zen retreat. The whole place has a very meditative feel to it, while the amenities are comfortably modern. Breakfast was delicious. They also put a lot of thought into making it nourishing. The staff has been fantastic: very friendly and super helpful!
