The location is absolutely perfect. You are right on the Li River, and it's an easy walk to both the wharf and the bustling West Street, yet the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. The facilities were clean and modern, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. (It would be absolutely perfect if they added a coffee machine to the breakfast area, but this was a minor thing in an otherwise wonderful stay.)

We loved this hotel. Location is amazing, building looks new. Nice breakfast. Lovely staff and in the reception Maya gave us attention with all we need. We stayed in a room with a patio view but we used the rooftop bar to have the river view. We rented bikes from the hotel for just 40yenes for a full day around.

Hotel has too many steps in public walking area.
