The staff were very nice and charismatic. There were not a lot of people there which was nice in our opinion. Right in the beach. Beach chairs/beds and a pool right outside. We had our own little patio. There was a little thing of water next the stairs to the patio- I thought it was a bird bath- partner let me know it’s to wash the sand off your feet- simple but I really appreciated it. We always seen somebody cleaning in the distance. It’s walkable. It’s in a sort of gated part of Tulum. There’s restaurants within that space though. Parking was okay. There was a nice man in the parking lot who ushered us in (made it easier cause it was tight) and offered to help us with our bags. :)

The restaurant on site is excellent. They close at 6, so mostly breakfast, lunch or early dinner. The beach bungalows are lovely and rustic. Try to get one with air conditioning. Not all have it. You’re right on the soft sand beach with jungle behind the hotel. Walking distance to other wonderful hotels for food/drinks. The staff could not be nicer.

Location and great chill vibe. If you’re looking for a place with no crowds and loud music, this is your place! You can just relax on a beautiful beach or by the pool and order something from their fantastic menu. Very friendly staff and great experience! Thank you!

Nous avons séjourné en couple et ce fut tout simplement magique ! La chambre avec douche à ciel ouvert est une expérience incroyable se doucher sous les étoiles, c’est inoubliable. La chambre était parfaite : spacieuse, impeccable et très confortable.L’accès direct à la plage et la terrasse privée, un pur bonheur du matin au soir. L’endroit est d’un calme absolu, idéal pour se déconnecter et profiter pleinement.Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !

We loved the pool, the sun sets and our ocean looking cabin. If all you want is relaxation - this is a place for you 💯. We would have loved a TV in the room especially with kids but there was none. Transportation from the hotel to other areas was quite expensive and also you needed to pay for passes when you get into the park even though you have a reservation. They explained that because it’s a national park. The restaurant closes early too. Staff are very friendly and helpful - a shout out to Philip the receptionist and Eburm - not sure of the spelling.

Excellent finding! I had never been and I will definitely come back! It’s all you want from a natural resort but very well done: good room, big bed with net, beautiful big private outdoor shower, lovely beachfront, very clean and friendly staff.

Room needed renovation on basics. Windows didn’t stay closed. They even had to work in the roof one of the days. Also the cooler situation to be eco friendly, while still using so much plastic (straws, wrapped in plastic too) Felt a bit of a scam. I checked out earlier

This place is special. Very calm and quiet and the staff are extremely attentive and very friendly. The property is beautiful and the hotel strikes the perfect balance of spotlessly clean without taking you out of the jungle. If you are looking for a quiet place to immerse in nature, this is the one.

Our stay was okay, but the complex — and especially our cabin — was too rustic, with no TV or refrigerator. The room was also very small and definitely needs some renovation. The location is unbeatable 5*

The staff were excellent… Went days without shoes, wonderful location however you need a vehicle if you want to explore. Lots of parking.
