Did not have breakfast by choice but evening meal was superior. Take a multi point extension as i had to unplug tv to boil kettle due to lack of sockets. Free wi fi was out of range for my room unfortunately worked in dining room and reception so it wasn't the phone.

The room was clean and tidy but the plug socket for the kettle and t.v. was loose and not properly attached to the wall. Also, the two bedside wall lights didn't work at all and one was hanging from the wall showing the wire.

The hotel was slightly dated but that added to the charm, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is on a main road but it's still very quiet. the bed just wraps around you and is so comfy, the linen is snow white and imaculatley clean as is the rooms, i will be booking again a third time and looking forward to my stay again.

We didn't have any food, but the staff were great and the bar had a good selection.

Very noisy in early hours from outside, vibrations from trams too. Very cheap, convenient for tram and area, but was noisy on the Friday night from people congregating outside.

Very Basic room, needs updating, but was clean

The bar was reasonbly priced and on Saurday night karaoke was on. The room was clean and tea/coffee facilities in room. The location is great. Had no complaints and will be returning in May.

The hotel is a bit dated but had all the facilities. It was warm and the bed was comfortable. The owner had only recently taken over so I'm sure the hotel will improve. To be fair it was reasonably priced.

room was ok. Staff friendly and courteous. Breakfast was very nice and served by a very friendly and helpful staff member. Everyone combined to make the stay very pleasant. Would stay there again. Thankyou.

Room was clean but very dated, nothing in the room matched. I asked for a walk in shower, I am a disabled lady and cannot climb in the bath to shower. The bath was very high up and the whole bathroom was very dated. Unfortunately, the cold tap on the sink fell apart and broke in my hand. I did pay for breakfast but didn’t stay for it, I couldn’t shower in the morning so packed up early and left to head home back to Scotland. This was a last minute booking, I would not book here again.

Room was clean and was good for the price. Good central location, friendly staff. Could use a few minor renovations, but nothing massive.

Everything OK, maybe the karaoke could be a problem with some people as our room was right above the bar.

Decent sized room for a single. Comfy bed and good sized tv. Friendly welcoming staff and fun bar downstairs. Few others pubs and takeaways a short walk away, as was the beach with nice prom. Got parked behind hotel both nights, only a small area off the back alleyway but convenient. Hot tap spluttered and water was yellowy orange. Cold tap ran warm for ages then chilled to tepid but was far from cold. Made the coffee taste awful. And i couldnt get shower cool enough to get under. I chose the hotel purely due to its location and fair price but probably would find somewhere different next time.

A little tired however good value for money. Clean and comfortable and in the town centre.
