Habitacion limpia, falta de amenidades, sin desayuno. Trato de personal muy amable

El personal muy atento y amable, la habitación limpia, no hay toma corriente, las cobijas extra muy delgadas, no cubren, no hay calefacción

LA HABITACION EN BUENAS CONDICIONES. TIENE AIRRE LAVADO MUY RUIDOSO SIN CONTROL DE APAGADO EN EL CUARTO. NO PUDE DORMIR BIEN POR EL RUIDO

Todo muy bien con excepción de que no hay meseros después de las 6pm y hay q ir hasta el bar a pedir algo de beber

Mucho ruido por las noches y las habitaciones se escucha lo que dicen o hacen los vecinos del Lado, no dejaban dormir porque la plática se escuchaba tal cual , así como los carros que pasaban por la calle . FATAL

Bueno en general

La habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado solo aire lavado por lo cual hay mucho calor y hay que mantener parte de la ventana abierta, por cual entra mucho ruido en la calle que no deja descansar bien, no estaba barrida la habitación y había mosquitos según la limpiaron pero seguían los moscos no había internet en la habitación no llega el wifi y no querían respetar el desayuno incluido puesto que no aplica. No es muy recomendable

Relación pago con servicio bien. Muy limpia la habitación, muy bien ubicado. La habitación confortable, el baño si esta reducido pero bien.

Está bien para llegar a descansar y la ubicación está bien pero las habitaciones no tienen buena iluminación, les falta mantenimiento.

La habitación era cómoda, personal eficiente y al pendiente de las necesidades de uno como huésped, sin embargo, el área de oportunidad estaba en el baño, no tiene las dimensiones y distribución adecuados de espacio.

Tienen aire acondicionado por ductos y es para todo el piso y muy ruidoso así que no hay forma de regularlo por habitación pasamos una mala noche con frío y ruidoso

The guy at check-in was awesome. Unfortunately we had to change rooms three times because the AC wasn’t working in one room and the TV wasn’t working in another room and there was bugs in each of the room as well as a broken sink. When we did finally get into a room it had a broken door handle and we could barely get out of the room. On top of that, the AC machine in the hallway was super loud and kept us up at night. Also, there was some sort of siren or alarm that went off for an hour from midnight to 1am that kept up as was the windows were paper thin you can hear everything on the street like honking and people yelling so we did not get much sleep. Also, there was no washcloths or a bath towel in the bathroom and the water overflowed from the shower and pooled up by the toilet. And every time we used the sink, the water overflowed on your feet. There was no hot water in the shower even if you let it run for 10 minutes. Bed was super hard and uncomfortable.
