Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Good facilities, close to Salisbury Cathedral & easy drive to Stonehenge. Bed & facilities in the room were excellent.

Air conditioning in the rooms was amazing, towels were fluffy and every member of staff I spoke to were lovely.

Lack of service and solution oriented front desk when I had an issue with the room (lack of hot water). Was practically degraded instead of compensated. In addition poor information from front desk during check in.

Restaurant and bar. Restaurant wouldn’t let us order and pay for main course only. We did not want 2 Courses. White wine selection was poor, 1 x Spanish or Chardonnay.

We used to stay here years ago and it's slowly gone down hill. Breakfast ok but nothing fantastic. Used to be much better service. Room was terrible - absolutely roasting with a ridiculous small fan which did nothing.

We had a good stay. The staff was reluctant to serve us dinner because they had other bookings - which was a bit strange - we wound up at a nearby Italian restaurant.

We had an excellent one night star. The staff was very helpfull, and aware if my wifes dietory needs. The roo waa fresh and clean. Thank you so much

Mooi hotel zo’n 500 m van het centrum met haar leuke plein en winkels. Aardig personeel ook. De gezellige sfeer in het hotel ontbrak wel. Deed wat stil aan ook Verder prima voor een nachtje.

It was a quaint hotel. The staff were extremely friendly. We really appreciated Simon, the bartender, Victoria the manager, Katelyn and Angie as well. There were others I didn’t catch their names. The breakfast buffet was outstanding as was the restaurant. The location was perfect to be able to walk to City Centre. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore Salisbury and the surrounding countryside.

Excellent stay due to the clean , comfortable room and the delicious breakfast , parking was understandably on a first come first served basis .

The hotel has been recently refurbished and was delightful and the bedroom excellent. The staff were so helpful and to park in the hotel car park was a bonus. Just a short walk into Salisbury was perfect. The only downside was the hotel restaurant as the food was very disappointing. The food had obviously been frozen and did not resemble the pictures on the website. There was only one other couple eating there so maybe other guests chose to eat locally. However I would recommend staying there and we will return.

Great location to the town. Within 10 mins walking distance. Clean hotel. Nice decor and layout. Walls and floors are a little thin and noise from other rooms to the sides and above could be heard. Fortunately other guests went to sleep before me, or I may not have had the great sleep I did. Staff were generally pleasant, but a little disorganised. Not one peice of info was shared on check in, eg, breakfast times and where breakfast was. Only reason I wouldn’t stay again would be the thickness of walls / potential for noise disruption.
