Great location and customer service when needed

Great location near pedestrian zone with everything close by including awesome public transportation. Modern, clean, functional. Two very minor items that could make this apartment even better: soap dispensers were full but dispense very little, the barstools have very narrow footrests and are uncomfortable without shoes. Good experience!

Härlig lägenhet centralt nära Gamla stan. Svårt med parkering i närheten om du ankommer med bil.

1. Air conditioner was broken 2. Wifi was not working 3. No hot water from shower or taps

We saw great reviews for this posting and wanted to try it. Our experience was extremely poor. The unit was filthy. There was sand in the entry hall, shampoo splattered on the bathroom wall, and dust everywhere. On top of that, they never sent us our check in code and unit information, so we arrived at 3pm and had to contact them! Their advertised "free Go3 TV" access code was clearly being shared with other units and so the TV kept kicking us out for "too many people on this subscription." When we tried to reach out to the "virtual front desk" for assistance, we did not get a reply EVER. We also paid extra for a space that would sleep 3, and it was a loveseat placed in the entry hallway! Our unit also had windows to the courtyard, which meant we could hear everyone's noisy heat pumps running through the night, as they have all the units under the windows in the courtyard. Not at all what we hoped for. Would never stay here again.

The apartment was warm in the Winter, with a comfortable bed.

Clean comfortable and convenient

Kitchen only had one large pot, no frying pan salt or oil. Very very basic. Microwave and washing machine both worked well.

Apartment was clean and warm. Upon arrival there was a a couple of missing kitchen utensils which was resolved very quickly when I contacted the Apartments so, well done!!! They are in a great location for exploring the city centre and old town.

Spotless apartment. Very easy instructions on how to access the property. Great size.
