The place is extremely nice and quiet, nice bathroom as well. Tom is soooooo nice and helpful. He makes me feel at home . I will definitely come again. Fantastic place !!!

It's bad this POD hotels. Bunker beds. Male and Female in same housing dorms.

I stayed at the Pod-Inn for a few days. The place was clean. Nice work areas and a large seating area. The check in experience was very good, with everything well explained by the service minded Italian lady who was working. I met her several times during my stay, and she was always very service minded. A clear 5 stars already. During my last night, I woke up with a kidney stone, and needed an ambulance. The young, recently employed man at the reception was clearly not prepared for anything like this. Still, he kept it together and was calm all the way until the ambulance was there. He talked to me and didn't leave me during the wait. When I was at the hospital, I emailed the hotel, informing that I wasn't going to make check-out time, and asked them to just charge what they need. My insurance would cover it. The answer from the hotel manager was: "Take care of yourself first. Don't worry about the checkout time. We will keep your belongings in the room at no extra charge. Let me know if you need any thing." I'd never expected an answer like this. This is the proof of people actually caring about their patrons. And from what the Italian lady told me when I checked out - the manager is actually a really nice person. I can't promise I'll stay at Pod-Inn the next time I visit Toronto, but that's because I prefer to not share the bathrooms. However, I'll certainly drop by to see if any of the people I've told about are still working and drop off a small token of my gratitude

Quiet and clean. Breakfast is just toast with toppings, but you can eat nearby. Green P parking across the street is very convenient. I would stay here again.

Staff makes this place so welcoming! Excellent customer service! It is kept so clean and they are on top of all the area. Breakfast is only cereal and toast, coffee/tea but a microwave and kettle is available. The office space is nice with a coupon private booths for calls. The pods do not keep out much noise, but the tv and headphones help 😉

This gem tucked into the downtown area of Toronto is a great value. This offers more privacy than a hostel with enclosed beds. There are lockable cabinets or drawers in the space to secure smaller items and storage for larger items. There is a common kitchenette and dining area on site as well as showers. A breakfast of various cereals, toast and coffee is offered on site. The clients are quiet and respect other's space.

It was awesome for the price. 2 men’s showers isn’t the best. Rooms super hot.

Not enough showers. In my case I could not take a shower because of the waiting time. Breakfast is very basic. Good for one-night stay.

Clean, quiet, well-managed

Check-in is smooth with clear indications and rules. All spaces are well organice and clean. Ubication is perfect to walk around the city you should find a lot of restaurants and cafeterias. Breakfast is include but it's basic (cereal, bread,jam, butter,coffee) maybe as I idea everyday could be different menu.

Above all I believe this is a great idea to afford people a simple bed set up at an affordable price just like in the Asian countries. Cleanliness got a lower mark because the showers had a bunch of hair all over, but that's all for that. One thing I would wish was changed were the little fans. It was a bit hot in my pod 105 and the fan was so loud that I shut it off not wanting to wake anyone. Overall, fantastic!!!

Beds were surprisingly comfortable and best hotel pillows I had in a long, long time. Everyone was very respectful of your peace and quiet. The place was very clean. Breakfast was a bit sparse but ok and if u stay for awhile you can always store your own. Only complaint was that the lock on my cubby was broken so I couldn't store any of my valuables. Fairly certain they would have moved me if I had mentioned it but I didn't as it was only an overnight stay. Would definitely stay here again. Make sure u factor in parking $ in the price of the hotel. There was plenty of it nearby.

This a great place in the heart of the city. If you’re travelling for work or pleasure its a comfortable place to stay in a very convenient location
