The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help me sort things out. Ariel and Lachie were very professional and friendly going through the process and made the bad experience a lot less irritating. All other staffs I have had a chance to interact with were all very friendly, if you are thinking of booking please expect there might be minor glitches but the staffs there are going to do their bests to help you through that.

Stunning stay! Lovely new hotel, with all the luxuries — there's really no need to leave the hotel! Great location in Burleigh Heads, just across the road from the beach. I would 100% stay here again.

I really like the clean and modern new hotel, and I would recommend it because it's located near the beach and where you can enjoy a walk.

Over rated and not worth it. For a new hotel, the room appeared dated, was very dusty, stank, and was extremely noisy, despite claims of being sound proof. The mini bar was well stocked but overpriced, Thank God for the BWS around the corner.

everything was great, but I don't understand the darkly lit passages and in particular the gym, so dark. In the room I also found that when you turned off all the lights then tried to put on a reading light for example, it was impossible to see the right switch and I'd end up opening the blinds or hitting the wrong button. had to use my phone torch. I would definitely stay again. Very nice overall.

Had a great stay - both rooms very comfortable and the hotel’s location is excellent!

Everything was amazing. Room was beautiful. Interiors and view. Staff were casual but attentive and friendly. They spoilt us for our anniversary with balloons chocolate and a bottle of wine. Restaurant was yum. Unfortunately didn’t have time for the spa and pool but used the very equipped gym.

The studios are a very odd design; the tv comes up out of the sofa meaning the only option is to watch it in bed ( the bed is in the middle of the room) and the sofa faces the window. Would have been much more useful having the bed head against the wall and the tv on the adjacent wall with the tv on the adjacent wall. No tea or coffee facilities that we could find and unless you studied the control panel before dark, you could easily open the curtains rather than turn the bathroom light on in the middle of the night. Pretty room, but not functional.

Great hotel for both couples on a weekend break and families

The only downside was that our room smelt damp and the door didn't latch very well, so you had to double check it was shut.
