Nice Stay. Good location.

We had a large 2 bedroomed apartment. It was perfect. Loads of space, well equipped kitchen, free laundry facilities in the apartment and everything spotlessly clean. Onsite payable covered parking (pre bookable). 20min walk from old town Quebec but we didn't mind that. Nice streets nearby with supermarkets, quirky shops and restaurants. Fabulous place to stay!

Bel appartement très spacieux très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut Bien placé dans la ville de Québec avec des bars et des commerces autour. Vous pouvez monter dans la vieille ville à pied ou avec un ascenseur mise à disposition par la ville ou alors avec de multiples bus qui passe devant l’hôtel, une très bonne surprise et très bon rapport qualité prix.

It’s a motel/suite style hotel with minimum amenities and an old building.

Staff are super helpful, rooms are amazing. Looks like you're not in a good area, but if you walk two streets down, you're in a great area with a ton of restaurants and stores that go on for blocks. Yes there are a few homeless and druggies, but they for the most part leave you alone. There are at least 5 Michelin star restaurants within walking distance from the hotel (like 15 min max). Bus station around the corner. Free laundry and free laundry detergent. The area may look sketchy, but walk around and you'll find lots. There are three flights of stairs that you have to take you luggage up and down, but it really wasn't that bad, and they do have a service elevator that they can help you with if you really can't manage your luggage up the stairs. If you like to walk you can pretty much walk to old town lower, the citadel etc, just will take you about half an hour and some might be up hill depending on where you are walking too. We walked from the very lower old town (near the water where the Funicular is) to the hotel and it took around 30 minutes and was an easy walk if you walk along the water and don't go uphill.

Grand et bel appartement bien placé par rapport aux Plaines d''Abraham et au vieux Québec. Litterie confortable. Cependant, chambre donnant sur la rue bruyante et lumineuse. Manque d'espaces pour ranger les vêtements et d'un bureau.

Bien situé et très agréable

The room was excellent with plenty of essentials and very clean staff was super responsive. The only thing to note is that the parking links we were sent one was to a monthly parking and the other was good but confusing and hard to access at times. Also want to note there is 2 flights of stairs with no elevator.

Spacious apartment, very clean and comfortable. Ideal for small group of six(6). Extremely quiet , just absolutely ideal for vacationers. Comfortable walking distance from the Wall City. Facility could benefit from lift access for guests, especially large groups.

This accomodation is fabulous

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our rooms were spacious and crystal clean, everything worked. The rooms were equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric tea pot, pans, plates, glasses, cups. Pretty much everything needed for a family. Wifi was fast. Bathroom had sufficient towels for all of us and it was comfortable. There was a parking garage. The ceiling was very low. We couldn't open our mini vans backdoor and had to get our luggage from inside the vehicle. It was pretty uncomfortable Overall, we are very pleased with the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great stay and we would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Unser Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr geräumig. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Das Personal war besonders freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Eins der besten Hotels, in dem wir bisher waren.

Nous avons beaucoup aimés notre chambre studio ! Très pratique pour une famille. Des économies en cuisinant sur place. Il est clair que je reprendrais la même chambre.

Excellent hotel neuf avec des chambres bien équipées, avec petite cuisinette. Une super option pour un voyage à Qc!

It was very spacious, simple and clean. Easy to check in and check out. Staffs were very friendly. We have somewhat big SUV and it felt that it wont fit in the hotel parking. There were multiple public parkings around the hotel property and you could choose where to park. Ventilation feature in bathroom was not working and we were concerned that humidity could damage the wall however that was not a problem since we did have comfortable nights after long nights. Breweries, cafes, many attractions are all walking distance. If you are willing to walk more than 10,000 steps a day, you can basically hit all the attractions in old quebec city on foot.
