Terrible communication and not clean at all

Horrendous, the photos were completely misleading I got there and it was filthy, dirty earbuds and a spoon in the wardrobe, kitchen was horrendous, I didn't even want to sit on the bed, I actually cried when I got there and I missed my uni day tried to contact the host and the were horrible z totally out of order and lied, I've never been to a place like it. And other people were in there and had all their messages everywhere,I had to spend more money getting a taxi and a room at the premier inn, honestly absolutely hellish

C'est noté que la réception est ouverte depuis 11h du matin. Mais il n'y a pas de réception. Chambre sale. Salle de bain commune. À fuir.

My stay was amazing and lovely

Firstly no information on how to enter the property. Had to do an online search to find a contact number to speak the vendor. Who then gave us a passcode and what keypad to use to get access. Wardrobe within the room, had the right hand door hanging open on one hinge, with the top doors completely off. Tv in the room would not work unless connected to one of the devices. Whilst appreciating that it was a shared communal space which we did not use. Other residents were very loud .
