Check in is an absolute nightmare in this hotel. They have a virtual agent who will tell you check in can't be early (it can depending on if room is ready) also told by Zoe virtual agent that no place to leave luggage while waiting for room. Another lie there is a storage space downstairs. Can be noisy event after I told them I was autistic still no help. On the plus side the property has coffee maker and free breakfast etc

If it says balcony, it may not be what’s in the pics. Felt super deceived. But unless it specifically says city view or pool view you have the back overlooking pipes with the smell of grease coming up and a generator. Complained. Was told complaint was prioritised. Never heard from them again. Despite there being other available cheaper rooms with views available online. Under the bed was dirty. There was a hair in the shower and the fridge. Ants in the foyer. Broken sundeck chair. Didn’t get a water bottle or remote for the air con. And my room got part cleaned but the dirty glasses were left inside. Which was confusing. USBC wall charger didn’t work. But after the balcony palava I was tired of complaining. And had wasted so much time on day 1 of 3 hoping for the room change. All in all a very basic stay. Do better. It has so much potential.

Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Bei dem Balkon hatten wir eigentlich einen offenen Balkon erwartet und keinen geschlossenen Vorbau mit Fenster. Im Bad läuft die Dusche auch bei kurzem Duschen über und man muss am besten beim Duschen schon den Abzieher benutzen, ansonsten steht das gesamte Bad unter Wasser. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der Whatsapp Service hat leider nicht funktioniert. Wir haten noch ein Duschtuch angefordert und trotz Versprechen leider nicht erhalten (wir waren zu zweit und hatten nur ein Duschtuch).

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Mosta Stays during my trip to Malta, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was new, beautifully presented, and immaculately clean. Housekeeping was exceptional — every time I returned, the room was spotless and refreshed to perfection. It really made a difference and added to the overall comfort of the stay. One of the highlights was the balcony view. Overlooking the city, it felt genuinely magical, especially in the evenings. It created such a relaxing atmosphere and made the stay even more memorable. What truly set Mosta Stays apart, however, was their 24-hour customer service via WhatsApp. It made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. Any query or request was handled promptly, and it gave a real sense of reassurance and comfort knowing support was always just a message away. Breakfast was standard continental, but perfectly satisfactory with good selection and, importantly, the staff were very accommodating to any requests, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was everything I needed and more - comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully managed. When I return to Malta, I will definitely be staying at Mosta Stays again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Reservamos um quarto família com sofá cama para 2 criancas. Ao chegarmos no quarto as 15 h nao havia lençóis para as crianças. Solicitamos pelo WhatsApp e um robô respondia que enviaria alguem do Staff. Quarto estava sem energia!

Its basic but all I needed.

Härtere Betten, keine Mitarbeiter die Vorort sind sowie teilweise sehr lange antwortzeiten. Ich fand das Frühstück gut und man hat auch wenn man um kurz vor Ende noch runter gekommen ist noch gut was abgekriegt. Von morgens bis nachmittags durchgehend Bau und bohr Geräusche. Keine Erholung der den ganzen Lärm möglich. Sehr hellhörig.

Property very modern, well equiped and clean. Continental breakfast excellent. Pool and outdoor area very pleasant. Good selection of bars and restaurants nearby.

Loved it. Cute hotel, and super easy with the non contact access and checkin/checkout.

Bra boendet för lite pengar.

Place is clean tidy and non fussy. Rooms are standard and acceptable. If you need help it all remote and my heating didnt work and wasnt fixed in my stay regardless if being told it would be fixed tomorrow but it wasnt. No balcony and basic for a bed overnight.
