This property is being renovated and if you can keep your eyes closed til you get to your room, you will be ok. The rooms are brand new and comfortable. As for the rest of the property, needs lots of work!

The room was brand new and very clean. The only complaint about the room is the beds are very high. I was travelling with my mom who is 5’2- she had to use our cooler to get up on the bed. The property is going through renovations so the rest of the hotel was in rough shape. The free breakfast was ok. Again the complaint is everything is on a very high counter. Making it difficult for someone shorter to reach. The outside was very dirty. Garbage, beer bottles and cigarettes butts were all over the place. I understand the renovation mess but this was ridiculous. Take some time to clean up the outside of your property.

The property is still under construction. However, the rooms were awesome. Very clean and nice size.

Dont let the renovations fool you. The room was very neat and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. Everything is brand new and clean.

Rooms were spotless and bathrooms very nice. There was construction being done inside and out, but that did not affect guests. Nice staff.

Honestly I have high hopes for this motel but unfortunately when I visited it was under construction so the laundry wasn’t available which is the reason why k booked this hotel in the first place the toilet was broken and couldn’t be fixed during our stay, there was no DND sign on the door or in the room and I was woken up by the cleaning person cause I couldn’t put a sign up But otherwise this hotel was nice there was a kitchen and a room. Very spacious. I wish it had laundry I would have given it 5/5

Okay…some would have given this a 2 star but it’s a 5 star in my books. Although the hotel is under reno and the surrounding halls and spaces are a mess, our room was newly renovated, clean and safe. The staff was amazing and responsive and even the other patrons were friendly. Accepts cats and dogs, new pizza place next door, and even has hot breakfast included! Marathon is the best hidden secret on earth and we loved it.

Hotel is going through renovations the rooms were newly renovated and very, very clean the exterior hallways and such Knot, but as I said in the middle of renovations, what was very poor was the breakfast there were supposed to be eggs and they were out and we waited then we went back to our room and came back and they were still frozen. There was potatoes. There was no bacon or sausage at all. The toaster was just a normal size toaster and you had to wait. The waffle mix was almost out very, very thick, and you had to press the button and stand there for a long time to get any out. all in all it was just very, very poorly run.

The room was great (second room we were given). The first room had a bed that was not changed out and so the front desk happily gave us a different room which was great. The hallways and breakfast area are under construction and we're not nice to look at. The breakfast was ok. There was coffee, muffins fruit and some hot food( I did not try the hot food). There was not hot water for tea so I did have the coffee which was good. Parking lot was not paved but had lots of space to park in. Marathon is a small town and did not have much to offer but we were just passing through and did not mind the quiet town.

The property is in process of renovation. The room was newly updated and nice, the rest of the property needs work.

Newly renovated and nice accommodations. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Will return to the hotel again :)

They need to take great care of the property. Great staff though.

Room was modern and clean.

Room was pretty you could tell it had been updated, however the hallways were destroyed. Found out in the morning they were doing renovations. Our toilet was broken and leaking however due to being full they couldn't offer a room change or anything. The "hot breakfast" was microwaved. The floors in the bedroom were gritty and felt gross. Second entrance door was broken and unable to close.

It was clearly under renovations, our room had already been updated and was nice and clean. The renovations had no impact on the quality of our stay at all. Breakfast met expectations.
