Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful!

The hotel was ok, good location. For a suite, the room was again ok, nothing special. Bathroom was the best part. The hotel lacks a good bar area, very small seats at the bar and two seats inside. It really has to be nice weather to enjoy the outdoor area. They messed up the extras I ordered for the room, but were very apologetic. The staff were fantastic, very helpful. They are missing a trick by having the sauna etc on the roof and not a rooftop bar. If you like having a dark room, then try a different hotel. The windows only had blinds, so it was full daylight in the room as soon as sun was up. The hotel is quirky which would suit a lot of people.

Fint hotel med bra läge. Rummet var pyttelitet men mysigt. Det var väldigt varmt och hade inte skadat med ac. Finns fläkt i garderoben men omöjligt att ha fönstret öppet på grund av oljud. Men det låg bra och frukosten var ok

Highly recommended. Medium sized hotel with boutique feel. Quiet location and easy travel to city centre and other sites (specially by excellent bikes which we hired from hotel). Good room, great shower and lovely toiletries! Very friendly and helpful staff. Small but very pleasant spa and rooftop lounge area. As vegetarians we did not eat in restaurant but the breakfast was worth at least one visit.

This is a gorgeous hotel in a wonderful location. The staff is attentive and kind, and the rooms are attractive and comfortable. The rooftop deck with spa was the cherry on top of the sundae.

Vi checkade och in för att bo på hotellet natten innan cph maraton. Hjälpsamt och trevligt i incheckningen. Men på frågan om vi kunde köpa late check out till 15 istället för 14 så var det nej. På frågan om vi kunde låna en dusch för att snabbt duscha av oss efter gått i mål vid 13:30 var det också nej. Mycket illa. För det priset vi betalade för rummen blev detta en väldigt dålig upplevelse och mycket tveksam till att välja Guldsmedens hotell nästa gång. Överprisat, slitet och noll flexibilitet.

Great stay and a perfect location. The rooms and were nice, breakfast good and the personnel were serviceminded. The Spa was a disappointment with just a small sauna and no hot tub

God frukost, vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Litet men vackert rum. Kanske något lyhört utifrån men störde inte så mycket. Mysig bakgård och toppen med cykeluthyrningen. Vi är mycket nöjda!

夜中に到着してチェックインしようとしたらもうあなたはすでにチェックインしています。と言われはてなマークがでました。結果は私の予約分を他の方向けに間違ってチェックインしてしまっていた。 自分の予約している部屋より安価な部屋しかなく、翌日まで我慢させられた上に再度荷物をパッキングし部屋を移るという体験でした。自分側には何も日がないにも関わらず我慢を強いられるのはホスピタリティとしてはダメだと思います。

Trevlig och ombonad atmosfär. Trevlig frukost. Smidig kommunikation med hotellet som var väldigt hjälpsamma vid små förändringar och specialönskemål vid vår vistelse.

Super mysigt hotell, perfekt läge, nära till allt och ändå inte mitt i smeten. Skön inredning och fantastisk takterass! Lyhörd och service minded personal.
