1）廚房的煱具是不適合用電磁爐，通知負責人之後，換了一套新的鍋具才能使用。 2）Wifi 及電視用不到的，負責人隔天才安排安裝Wifi。 另外 3）還有工人來組裝床頭櫃。 完全未處理好屋內設施，便將房間租出獲利。廁所抽氣扇噪音很大，不能關掉影響睡眠。

Location was great for a Jays game! That was very convenient for us. Space was clean and comfortable. As for the booking, we misunderstood the listing and thought we booked a space with two rooms for three people. There was only one room for two and a sofa for the third person to sleep on, so ensure you are booking what you are looking for. The elevator situation was tough during peak times. We waited nearly an hour for one going down from our floor. If you are not far from the 27th floor, take the low rise elevator up and walk up the stairs - I promise it will be quicker. Otherwise, we had a decent stay!

Property was excellent. Location was perfect looking out over CN tower and easy to link to most areas. Accommodation was better than expected with 2 showers. Only issue was booking in. It was a third party rather than reception which was confusing. They did try to communicate with us on morning of entry but we were on plane. Over all a good service and response when needing help

We’ve stayed in this building many times love the location

Building had a door man and felt safe and very clean. Walkable to most of the main city sights and tons of restaurants around. Check-in was prompt and personalized set up by the host even though I arrived around 10pm at night. Apartment was clean, no bath soap, only men's shampoo/conditioner but those are only small details. Would recommend!

The hotel arranged a check in at a different location instead of one agreed and listed lion the receipt. When one refuse to accept the changes, one lost all money paid.

Close to Roger’s center, plenty of food options around.

Place was emaculate

This was a great place in a great location. Check in and parking were easy. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because of the elevator situation. We were on the 35th floor in a beautiful apartment with amazing views but the elevator took forever. It was always full. It took 40 mins for my family to get to the lobby and that included us going down 10 plus flights of stairs to try on other floors. We dId stay on New Years Eve so maybe it made it crazier. Other than that everything was great

The room was great with a beautiful view of the city. Ashish who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Would come back here next time I stay in Toronto.

I dont know where to start We were 3 people on a business trip for 5 days. We had to cancel our stay at RIU hotel for the bad customer service we go lt. so i had to book some place as last minute, it was almost midnight! So i found this listing with a reasonable price and very close to MTCC where the event was held. It was the best stay ever The unit is spacious, clean, cozy, had everything you would need except for coffee ;-) Bed mattress and pillows were super comfy. Everything just felt like being at home :-) Excellent communication! Will definitely come back again..no more hotel stays for me Thank you ;-)

Rooms were clean and fully equipped with essentials and communication was timely. Great stay!

Apartment The apartment was very nice. Like that there is a bathtub. Nice big TV. Bedroom LOVED the mattress. Really great. Pillows were ok. Neutral on the pillows. The kitchen seemed nice and pretty well equipped. It was missing tea and coffee. Cleanliness in the apartment was good, although the cleaning fee was exorbitant.

Near the sports venues

Location was fantastic, room was lovely. A building this size is very reliant on elevator access. Unfortunately, two of three elevators that served this 27 storey building were not working. This was the only negative, otherwise was a great stay.

Staff helpful, clean, close to everything. Easy walking. Great view

For a Saturday night, during the world series for the blue jays, at a very reasonable price, and the room was very fancy. Very good rating.
