The unit is very clean. The communication and response were super fast!

Apartamento bem localizado, muito bom.

Everything was as stated in the listing. Excellent location too to attractions like the aquarium, CN tower and nearness to grocery shop. However, I did not receive a reply when I made enquiry about the laundry which I later found on my check-out day. This I believe could be improved. I will still stay here any time I visit Toronto.

Check in was a disaster. We were promised things and told later that sorry but not going to happen. Terrible customer service. Never received call back after being promised I would. Toilets took forever to fill. Beds need replacement. Could use a refresher. But excellent location to Rogers center. Was very clean.

There was a dirty sock in the bathroom and the AC would not work during our stay. We stayed overnight, so our schedule was packed. The unit got very hot during the winter, the temp wouldn’t go down lower than 73F. There was also no other amenities, the gym was only for residents even though the unit is rented out. Checking in was terrible, you have to walk a block away to retrieve keys and do the same to checkout. To checkout, you also have to make sure the trash is disposed of yourself. The only good thing was the location.

Apartment was spacious with three bedrooms but does not resemble the photos. Disappointed that it does not have a city view but a view of a large courtyard. Very busy place as it's a 42 story building. Beds were OK but nothing like a hotel as it's a single foam mattress. It's in a good location close to CN Tower, baseball stadium and Convention Center (15 min walk) and some nice restaurants and a grocery store 5 min away. Check in was pretty easy and very responsive online concierge. Price was less than any hotels in area but still big city prices.

This was a rental and not a hotel . We had to go threw a business office to get to it and its a glass divider between said office and our "kitchen / livingroom" . It was clean but all the sinks gave warm or hot water . No way to get the water cold on any sink. The heat was high and dry . I could of asked the host for info but i wasnt happy with them at all and refused to ask them for help . I was expecting to stay in a hotel with a semi view . Instead we were ground level view of the sidewalk . The pictures are very misleading. Nice place but did not get what i paid for .

The location was perfect and within walking distance to pretty much everything that we needed. Staff were very quick at getting back to us when we had questions which we appreciated. The only thing that I would recommend would be to provide two keys and two fobs for apartment access because it's inconvenient to get access if people aren't together all of the time.

La chambre était pas très propre, des taches sur les draps et du poils partout. La porte de la laveuse était brisée (complètement arrachée), une des base de lit était brisé (probablement une autre de leur ta tique pour ne pas te remettre le dépôt a la fin) nous avions pris des photos dès notre arrivés parce qu'il y avait tellement de choses brisée ou de pas propre qu'on avait peur qu'ils nous mettent ça sur le dos. Finalement, ils nous ont accusés d'avoir tâchés 2 serviettes (mais pas de preuves)chargés 50$ et nous ont chargés 150$ supplémentaires pour du ménage supplémentaire . Par ailleurs l'appartement ne ressemblait en rien aux photos de l'annonce... juste un gros scam !

Room was a good size very spacious. Check in was for 4PM and we arrived at 5PM to see people working inside the unit on the electrical. They didn't leave until 6:30PM.

The customer service through email and phone was very responsive and helpful. However, the room had very damaged floors and random stains on the walls. Other than that the room had many beds and was perfect for our stay. A very good deal for the area for a larger group not caring about normal hotel ammenities like an ice machine and front desk.

The address and pictures did not match what I paid for. I went to the address listed on the page And it turned out that it wasn’t the right address. Later, I got more instructions on how to check in once I arrived to the address. I was told I have to go to a different address in freezing temperatures while I was sleep deprived and stressed. This should be an illegal posting and I should be compensated for my troubles. The room happened to be inside of a realtor office which should’ve been addressed at first instead of a hotel.

This listing is seriously misleading and does not accurately represent the accommodation provided. The location shown on the listing does not match the actual location where the room is provided. This information was only disclosed after I submitted my ID and paid the security deposit, and it was not clearly stated anywhere on the listing page. More concerning, the space provided is not a residential unit. It is located inside a commercial real estate office, with direct access to a mechanical area of the building. This cannot reasonably be considered a condo or townhome and is nothing like what the listing implies. None of these critical details were disclosed before booking or before the free cancellation period ended. This prevented us from making an informed decision and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe during our stay. Had this information been disclosed upfront, I would not have booked this property. I strongly advise future guests to carefully verify all details before booking.
