房間寬敞 但看得出有點老舊 只有c館有大浴池 晚上只有自己有點可怕

客房很乾淨！服務人員態度很好，畢竟是在河口湖附近！又鄰近富士山景色當然是沒話說！只有晚上偶爾會有人交談聲音隱約聽得見！其他就沒什麼問題

Would stay again very nice area but far from the centre of fuji about a 26-30 min walk a nice view of Fuji from the window Not super clean but got the job done all In all would stay again for a short time great for people not staying long Also no private shower but that was not a big deal

Pedimos una habitación con vista al monte fuji 🗻 y una casa tapaba una parte, pide el 3er piso no el segundo La habitación era amplia pero el baño estaba súper apestoso, cuando llegamos tenían todas las ventanas abiertas, las cerramos y salimos a caminar volviendo estaba súper apestoso, se notaba que las abrieron para que no notáramos el mal olor 😷 tuvimos que abrir las ventanas y dormir así, estuvo frío Me pegaron pie de atleta en el baño, no es onsen son baños compartidos No volveríamos a este lugar

Great little hotel. Was clean. Rooms are simple. Typical Japanese style. Padding on the floor and sleep. Service was good. They do free pickup and drop offs for the train and bus station. Which is a nice bonus. Would recommend this place. There are a couple of restaurant right in front of it. Very quiet and peaceful there. There’s also a grocery store not far.

Loved this pkace. Located in residential area a mile or so from Kawaguchico Station. Beautiful views of Mt. Fuji.

It’s an old ryokan but it was a comfortable stay for 2 people. The room was big, we had our own private toilet. The heater and airconditioning was working well. Cleanliness was also good. The only issue was the commute to block b to shower. We don’t mind walking to the block to shower and the listed shower times but the connection to block b from block c is not covered. When it was raining, we would get wet getting from one block to the other. I would have an awning to cover that area for future guests.

The room was much bigger than we were use to in Japan and they had big cozy duvets however that was the only nice thing about the hotel. It’s a 27 min walk to town as taxi and bus end early. There was no one at the host desk after we checked in. Not a sole in sight. No one to ask questions, you are 100% on your own. The bathhouse was questionable. Shower was hot but the “tub” was warm and looked dirty- we did not use.

The hotel location is far from the train station, walking at least 30 minutes. And there is no Uber, you need make appointment for taxi in this area.

Beautiful area

Location - Ok about 10 min walk to Convenience store and a reasonable Chinese Restaurant and Cafe and Restaurant combined, sight seeing bus stop combined, 5 min to a coffee and breakfast shop. 15 min walk to the Lake. Room had clear view of the Mt Fuji but high 3rd floor, No lift . Bath is shared , Toilet is attached and private. Just a free coffee in the Reception - waiting lounge. Both Transfers from station/ bus terminal provided free on arrival and departure.Bldg B looked better. We stayed in Bldg A which is a bit old. No cot- sleep on mattress on floor. No chairs in room to sit. Overall just about ok to stay for 2 nights - simple style but good value for money in Mt Fuji area which could be expensive otherwise with posh hotels close to the lake.

エアコンが効きすぎて暑かったので温度を下げたが、風量を調節しなかったので夜中風が強すぎて寒く感じた。

욕실이 따로 있어서 불편했어요. 체크아웃할때 직원이 없어서 많이 불편했습니다.

La habitación estaba sucia, los fotones estaban manchados, las almohadas sin funda. La habitación no tiene ducha y hay que salir a la calle para ir a otro “edificio” para bañarse

スキーで一泊するのに使わせてもらいました。 場所は住宅街の真ん中で建物もインバウンド向けの宿なので、過度な期待は禁物です。 けど必要最低限のものは揃ってます。 バスタオル、タオル、浴衣まで準備がありました。 大浴場にもシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープあります。 また到着までに、暖房で部屋を暖めておいて頂けました。 残念なのは、大浴場男湯の風呂場に入る扉。 建て付けが悪くて、男性が力一杯引っ張らないと開かないです。 ここは早急に修理をお願いします。
