Gáldu Hotel and Spa is an idyllic spot for a truly relaxing getaway. The food was incredible, and although the location is slightly remote, it hardly matters when the hotel’s facilities are of such a high standard. Breakfast was next level — a beautifully presented buffet with plenty of choice, alongside freshly prepared hot options. The spa was also a fantastic experience, clearly well maintained and thoughtfully managed. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive, and it’s clear the owners have put a great deal of care and thought into every detail of the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The spa was magical. Two sauna rooms and a steam one.

Beds, view from the room, service, dinner...all five star and more. Pools in the outdoor spa area, when temperature hit -20 were my favorite. Finally, views from saunas to calm forest covered by white snow are to die for.
