Excellent in everything

We stayed for 5 days with my family, the apartment was fantastic, comfortable, the room is very clean, spacious, communication to the host was easy! they answered all my questions, there is lots of restaurants nearby! and its near to Old Quebec. we enjoyed our stay! highly recommended! thank you.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with an efficient kitchen. Location is great for walking to Old Town and up into the Saint-Jean-Baptiste neighborhood. We did an amazing walking tour of Old Quebec with local guide Jean-Simon on Guruwalk.com. Communications and check-in/check-out were easy. Parking in the nearby lot wasn't an option as the attendant was never present. However, we luckily found nearby paid street parking (be sure to follow the instructions on the signs). While there is a group of unhoused individuals congregating across the street at all times, they were not a bother to us.

Clean and impressive apartment

Super cute 2 BR apartment that served my wife, son, and I well. Great dining/nightlife options within 2-3 blocks. Onsite support was excellent when we had an issue with lost baggage delivery. *Only issue is that the local party/loitering spot is across the street—this meant noise on our arrival evening (Saturday). A white noise generator might have solved this issue.

The host was flexible for early checkin or late checkout but for a fee, even early checkin for less than an hour.

Très beau studio bien équipé et très propre. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Le personnel est de bon conseil pour le stationnement et l'entrée dans le logement. L'établissement est calme. Par contre, en face de l'entrée principale, il y a des personnes bizarres, droguées probablement. Nous avons donc utilisé la porte arrière de l'immeuble qui débouche dans une rue calme et bien fréquentée.

Everything was very clean. It was comfortable, the shower was excellent and very close to Old Quebec. Parking spot in front of the hotel was very easy. I would recommend and stay there again.

Clean and spacious. Enjoyed being in an apartment instead of a hotel room. Walking (or bus ride) to restaurants, city visiting and shopping. Great communication. If you read what is sent you won't have issues. If you are going by car remember narrow streets and very narrow parking.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean. The check in process was easy. The phone support staff are helpful.

Nice facilities with good access to the city. The surrounding neighborhood also has a good mix of cafes, restaurants, and other amenities. But clearly a neighborhood in transition. There is a social services agency or something across the street with people hanging out on the street late at night smoking or going through the dumpsters. The building is updated and refurbished, but our floors were quite uneven - walking from the kitchen to living room feels like you're walking uphill by 3-4 degrees. There was also a step down from the hallway to enter the apartment, which we forgot about the first couple of times we entered and resulted in some stumbling. A definite safety hazard which should have been marked clearly on the door upon entry. Air conditioning was good but the unit was not strong enough to reach the bedroom or dehumidify the bathroom sufficiently so it always smelled a bit musty when entering the apartment. Kitchen equipment was not really adequate, the cutting board was very scarred and the knives so blunt not really usable. But that all said, I'd probably stay here again.

Really to my surprise- great experience

The studio was perfect, clean, newly renovated and practical. Maybe only one thing regarding Shampoo, conditionner and soap for the shower, instead of a all-in-one soap.

Apartment clean and well appointed. Looks as it does in the photos and host was very responsive and polite. We had an electric car and parking in the underground was easy with the parking spot that had charging option for a reasonable price. Comfortable king size bed in 206.
