We loved this place. A few minor maintenance needs, but they were more than compensated for by the beautiful and restful waterside setting. Bed was comfortable. Room was small but adequate. Nice touches : real creamers for morning coffee (no powdered poison). We'd come back again given a reason to travel to the area.

The property is on the Trent Severn waterway in an idyllic peaceful setting. There was a sitting area by the water that was so beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend this Inn to anyone that wants a relaxing vacation on the river. Great restaurants nearby.

If you need a cute little place to stay while you are working nearby, driving on through on an adventure or a quiet get away from the city this is it. Walkable to the cute town of Campbellford, a 3km walk to the cool suspension bridge and while on route you can stop at the giant toonie. I use it for work fairly often and it's clean, quiet and peaceful.

Clean room nice touches.

The room smells of mold, like heavy mildew. Your clothes and bags smell when you leave. To watch TV you need to have streaming accounts. No local TV. The steps were covered in ice, not pleasant when you have to lug baggage. Should have a ramp.

When we are in Campbellford, thie is the only place we stay. Every single time, its perfect and they are so honestly grateful to see us come back again.

Clean and spacious room right at water's edge, dining table overlooking the water and the town across the Canal. Check in was fast and easy, there's plenty of guest parking. The room even has wine glasses, snacks, and bottled water. Overall a great place to stay. I will visit again.

The room was spotless and very clean. The room can with extra blanket and pillows. I plan to use their service the next time I am in Campbellford.

Room was quite clean. Was surprised to see it located so close to main road. General buildings not too attractive.

The best part was the deck overlooking the water. Would stay there again.

I just loved our room. Right on the waterfront, clean and decorated very pretty. Our room had a microwave, mini fridge with freezer, small table by the window, and full stocked bath and kitchen. I loved the water and cookies. And nice to have real wine glasses. Thank you! Staff was friendly as well.

Stayed for one night. Was a very comfortable stay. Great location, right on the river. Town is walkable. Little bit of road noise at night, but not too bad at all. Room could use a bit of updating, but otherwise a fantastic stay. Would return.
