去奇琴伊察很方便，可以走酒店的专门入口。推荐预定同园区的皇家平房，超级爽~~~酒店大环境很棒，绿化很好。晚上有蚊虫，注意防蚊。

位置太好了，离景区太近了，有专门通道到景区。

非常棒的酒店，环境很美， 员工服务态度非常好，有私人入口到CHICHEN IZTA（要收费），晚上有小蚊子，记得带蚊怕水。。。。

飯店園區很大，步道行走或泳池游泳都很令人放鬆,緊鄰世界新七大奇景Chichen Itza有置身在歷史古跡遺址的時空交錯感受，很難忘的體驗！

酒店房间不大，全家4人两个1.6米床。如果想清静点儿逛玛雅金字塔，可以将就一晚，早8点开门就进去。很多名人住过，习大大2013年也住在这，有照片。晚餐不贵，很好。从卡门海滩开车到酒店不到两个小时。chech in后，拿浴巾开车10分钟去可以跳水的溶井玩吧。

酒店旁就是瑪雅遺址的入口；而night show則需要前往遺址主入口進入，酒店離主入口近2km，所以你需要一輛車。酒店員工很nice，會協助你買夜間的門票，亦會詳細告訴你所有應該知的信息。

物超所值的酒店。酒店內就有景點的購票處和入口，非常方便。房間就可看見遺址的天文台。酒店的設計很能善用周圍的大自然環境，餐廳的食物水準很高。職員很懂得和客人打交道，親切而有禮。

La description de l hébergement ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité. Il n 'y a rien à distance de marche, il n"y a qu'une seule piscine pas très bien entretenue et qu'un seul restaurant. L'hotel devait être magnifique à l'époque, mais ce n'est plus le cas...

No hot tub

A charming, peaceful and elegant hotel, that clearly had a story history with many dignitaries and movie stars having stayed there in the past. The room was large and very clean with the exception of some strange fragments of something maybe from the ceiling in the tub. We really enjoyed the restaurant and the pool. There is a spectacular collection of peacocks roaming around by the restaurant.

The staff is courteous and the grounds are intriguing. You can tell it was once an amazing place. But it’s fallen into quite a bit of disrepair. Also the private entrance to the ruins no longer exists. We stayed in the “modern” building. Our room had the tv removed, but the wall brackets for it were still on the wall. The room came with a nice soaking tub for two, which was nice. If they’d removed the brackets and patched the walls it would have been fine. The hotel common areas are better cared for. The restaurant is very nice. So it’s an odd mix of beauty, bits of luxury, and neglect, but nothing unsafe or dirty. I’d stay again.

Exceptionnel

Everything - the room, the staff, the food, the pool, the grounds - was excellent. We stayed here 30 years ago and loved it. I do wish they would reopen the entrance to the ruins that is on the grounds though!
