I had an amazing 7-day stay at Punta Nayaa! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Everyone was always happy to help, which made the whole experience even better. I honestly had such a great time staying here and would definitely recommend Punta Nayaa to anyone visiting La Punta. It's a great place and I'd happily stay here again!

I have stayed a several luxury properties in Mexico and the US and this was by far my favorite facility! The staff was absolutely terrific and accommodating and the highlight of the hotel!

La ubicación muy buena, lejos del ruido de restaurantes y bares pero al lado hay una construcción que empieza temprano. El hotel muy padre y bien mantenido. El único detalle no tan bueno es la cama. El colchón ya demasiado deforme, al grado que parecía que se inclinaba hacia el lado derecho.

Beautiful property, breakfast and service were great. A lot of mosquitos due to vegetation in the back. Some noise but they provided ear plugs which helped.

Great hotel, great room, great staff. I would 100% stay here again, our room was so nice and the plunge pool and daybed made it even better. It's not too far from town, so walking isn't a big deal. The only thing I would say is the food isn't amazing, it's not bad but you can walk into town and get a better (cheaper) meal. The welcome cocktail was lovely though. Really beautiful hotel and they let us check in early which was great.

Excellent property and staff

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The reason for deducting one star has to do with the fact that they are about 15 mins away from a swimable beach. That was not clearly advertised when we booked our stay. If you are looking for a space to relax, this is the hotel for you. We will definitely be back.

Todo increíble

Jolie hôtel boutique, personnel efficace, chambre confortable et petit déjeuner continental correcte, il faut juste prendre bien son repère de jour si vous rentre à pied le soir car les rues sur Google maps ne sont pas à jour et la nuit même si on était à 2 pas de l’hôtel la rue a était coupé et aimablement l’agent de sécurité et venu à notre rescousse!!

Pro’s: Clean, spacious, beautiful, friendly staff, a/c. Con’s: Construction, parking is difficult, there’s roosters that will wake you up at 3am.
