Great place still very new however stayed a few times now and starting to show cleaning need a bit more attention dust is now quite evident. Bathroom not as clean as previous times floor needed attention. The staff are faultless could not have asked for any better. Hope they give the rooms good dusting now they are a bit older.

Very spacious and comfortable. Parking isn’t undercover but they were just installing 4 EV chargers so that’s great. Nice bathrooms & good beds.

Convenient location in quiet part of town. Easy walk to town centre. Nice room with lovely shower! Plenty of on street parking.

Request a room that overlooks the car park if you don't like street noise.

Room was on the small size but very nice with good furnishings. Extremely quiet area in a great little town. Kitchen was well stocked.

We loved every minute. Snazzy decor. Fancy firm beds. Nice corridors. Great amenities. Good parking.

Very modern and new. Comfortable bed, and good kitchen to make meals. Check in process easy and friendly staff. Only stayed one night but Bairnsdale seemed a very nice town, cafes and restaurants around. Only disappointment was the lack of a coffee machine which we usually get in a Quest hotel.

I no longer dread travelling to Bairnsdale for work now the Quest is here. Fresh and new. Lovely decor, comfortable bed. This stay was in studio which is great for a short stay and prepping simple meals. The one bedroom has the advantage of full fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Check in has been slow to date, staff very nice.

Nice clean new modern hotel, friendly staff on check in, rate was good, my only gripe is bed was not to my comfort, I like plush, but overall a good stay.
