Very cool neighborhood. The hotel is very very clean and new, wonderfully decorated is a plus. Staff were very friendly and effective. Air conditioning worked flawlessly.

Adorable rooms. I loved the little balconies that open to the street. The espresso machines in the room were a great extra. I loved that they had typology products in the bathroom. Also- staff so friendly and helpful. Wonderful neighborhood to stay

Beautiful hotel in a great location with a nice breakfast and kind staff. The design is wonderful! Rooms are small but standard for Paris — there’s no wardrobe or closet to unpack your bags so it was perfect for a quick 2 night trip. We were there during la fete de la musique and rooms were still quiet!

I had a great stay here, it is a very beautiful hotel and the rooms are very comfortable. It feels like a special place and the staff are great. Would wholeheartedly recommend. It’s very easy to connect your phone to the television, the bed is very comfortable and the showers are great.

Great hotel in an amazing location. The staff are second to none. The hotel would benefit from a bar that opens regularly.

Beautiful hotel in the vibrant Pigalle area! Hotel Massé is just a 20 mts walk away from the centre, the perfect starting point to explore Paris. It‘s furniture concept is thoughtfully curated, offering comfort in design - whether its the general areas or the rooms. If you want to start your day especially good, have breakfast there before you leave into the buzz of the city. All the team is very attentive and with a service mindset. Merci & au revoir!

Hôtel Massé is an absolutely stunning little interior gem. As someone who works professionally with interior design, I was honestly euphoric during our stay — the level of detail, material choices, and overall atmosphere are exceptionally well considered. Every corner feels curated without being pretentious, and there is a real sense of personality and craftsmanship throughout the hotel. I stayed here on a romantic getaway with my partner (no children), and the setting could not have been more perfect — I even proposed during our stay, which says a lot about the mood and intimacy the hotel offers. The location is excellent, making it easy to experience the city while still feeling tucked away. Service was truly sublime: warm, attentive, and effortless without ever feeling intrusive. If I should mention one very minor drawback, it would be that the toilet in our room had a slight smell reminiscent of an old smoking cabin. However, it was completely separate from the otherwise beautiful and very pleasant bathroom, so it did not impact our overall comfort. All in all, Hôtel Massé is a rare find — elegant, soulful, and full of character. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it, especially for couples looking for something intimate, design-driven, and memorable.
