No hot water and noisy

Was a good hotel near the airport. Only had breakfast which was lovely. Staff professional and friendly.

There was no hot water to shower Only normal cold Called and they checked and then they said only that’s all Not good and I won’t recommend Room was good Staff good

Nice size room , very compact bathroom and as with most hotels in India very little toilet paper available. Lovely pool , could use a little attention as some algae were forming. What brings the rating down is , despite there being a menu in your room clearly stating that in room dining is available…it actually isn’t ! After some discussion some snacks were brought . Not ideal if you have a very early flight the next day .

The facilities and the way the staff supported and answered my questions were excellent.

Clean and comfortable, great restaurant on site. Check in and out was a problem due to staff demanding payment for rooms we had prepaid. They finally conceded after several arguments and me showing proof of payment.
