Hotel muito bom, recomendo

Great location. We only stayed one night but it was a nice place to stay. Air conditioning was good, rooms were clean, and the rooftop area was a great bonus.

So, I would give this place a solid 4.5. The bad - The fact there are no TV’s in the solo rooms just seems cheap. Televisions cost nothing these days. Also, the transportation to the airport is so overpriced it’s crazy lol. I payed 18 euros to go to the airport at 4am and there’s was 48 euros. The good - Everything else, the employees, the gym, the common areas, the rooms besides the lack of a television, and the area around.

Me gustó la ubicación y las instalaciones. Dispone de recepción física y el personal es muy amable. No me gustó que el check out es a las 11 y nos querían cobrar 5 € por guardar la maleta a la salida. Para desayunar es mejor ir directamente a la cafetería de al lado y pagar por tu cuenta.

No había TV en la habitación. El huèsped no pudo ver partidos de fútbol.

Everything was great, but they could advertise their amenities better. The first time I stayed there I had no idea they had laundry facilities for guests. The second time I stayed I discovered that they had laundry facilities and I purchased it.

Muy limpio, no se sintió que el baño era compartido, personal joven, con gran actitud de servicio y política.

My observation is as follows: rooms are tiny with a capital T. I have never seen or stayed in a smaller room in my life. It probably has a record for the smallest room area possible, however, I knew that it will be exactly this, ad advertised. The rooftop terrace and lounge areas with large screen TV are very beautifully done which many people will enjoy. Also I wanted to let everyone know that this hotel does not accept cancellations for any reason even if you died. I mistakenly double booked under same name, for same date using the same credit card and they would not issue a refund. Expedia tried numerous times but the hotel could not be reached. I had to threaten expedia that I would take legal action if I did not get a refund to finally receive my refund after many weeks. So be careful about that. Other than that I liked the central location with a 3 minute walk to subway station, restaurants etc.

O Atipico Madrid era um hotel reformado, limpo, com 2 lounges (sendo 1 no terraço) com micro-ondas, geladeira e mesas para os hospedes ficarem, sem quisessem comprar uma comida, tomar um vinho, etc. Ficava a 6 minutos andando pro metro e fica num bairro muito bom de Madrid (Salamanca). O único defeito do hotel era o barulho dos corredores. Há portas de emergência que ligam o lado 1 e 2 do hotel. Tanto as portas das escadas, quanto dos quartos, não tem amortecedor pra fechar devagar, sem barulho, então o dia inteiro se ouve batidas de porta. Pelo menos consegui dormir bem, pois não havia muito movimento de madrugada. Dica: Peça seu quarto virado pros fundos, se quer mais silencio.

Las instalaciones están fenomenal, las zonas comunes son fantásticas. Está super bien equipado para hacer función de apartamento con la cocina y zonas comunes. El ascensor es lentísimo e incómodo al solo haber uno. El baño me pareció incómodo, pequeño y un poco agobiante. Había puesto la tarjeta de no molestar y aún así me llamaron a la puerta. Aunque no fue todo idílico, repetiría si tuviera quedarme por la zona y buscara una opción hotel con cocina y zonas comunes.
