Beautiful hotel that was a comfortable retreat after exploring the city. The staff clearly cared about making our experience enjoyable and easy.

I love this hotel… it was so beautifully decorated… my room was perfect with a large bed and significant outdoor space… The staff was amazing… They helped me with everything as I was traveling alone.

La ubicación es excelente, a pesar de estar en plena Gran Vía. Cuando entras al hotel se siente una calma, las habitaciones no son para nada ruidosas a pesar del bullicio de las calles de madrid, así que puedes descansar perfectamente, el personal, muy atento y la habitación excelente

Desayuno pésimo , te ponen fruta , yogurt y pan y te cobran el plato fuerte . Y aparte de pagarlo de pésimo sabor
