The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The view of the Montreal River was great, and the hotel is ideally located in the heart of Old Montreal. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

It was not mentioned that it is not a real hotel. There was not any lobby for check in. So, I was asked by a shop keeper to contact the manager. What if there was not any one there or, late check in? They provided the codes for access the room and after hour main door access but, the worst part happened on the early next day while I headed out at 5 am to the airport. The main door was closed without any pad or code. So angry. I searched for another door and I could open another door in side alley. In total, it was very clean ina very good location but needs to manage better way for check in and out.

Stayed for a quick couple of days- can’t beat the views from the huge windows - check in was a breeze - host is very responsive and accommodating- space was spotless. Expect a workout if you’re in the upper floors though. Would highly recommend. Will come back for another stay.

Great location in old Montreal right on the water. Very clean and large room. We were in the suite on the first floor. Only downfall is it is right beside the lobby so you can hear people coming in and out of the hotel at times

Bed was very comfortable, room was basic bedroom, bathroom and shower, room also included a microwave nespresso expresso machine with pods that were refreshed daily and fridge. The location right in old Montreal was amazing so much within walking distance, restaurants, stores and various attractions for all ages. I never saw any of the staff in person, they handled my questions and logistics over the Expedia app. There were times I wished there was a person in the building to talk to.

Spotlessly clean room and comfortable bed. No staff on site; communication was by phone or email but they were prompt and helpful.

Easy check in app provided seamless service. Location is perfect in every way.

The room was amazing. Everything was there and was amazing except for Parking which is a nightmare and not say costly especially during winter. You have an amazing place! Maybe you can find a spot and offer parking as well and include the charges in your hotel room!
