Lo más me gustó es tener una persona en la puerta día y noche pues yo tomo el uber muy temprano y así no está uno solo gracias y nos vemos en un mes

Excelente hotel muy agradable y excelente servicio

Mal servicio, llegamos a la habitación y no habian toallas ni una sola, fui al lobby y ni siquiera me las llevaron si no que me hicieron esperar para que yo misma las llevara, reservamos una estadia por 3 dias y unicamente habia un rollo de papel de baño, era reservacion para 4 personas y solamente habian dos botellas de agua, cafetera sin cafe una silla manchada como de popo, aunque el hotel luce muy bien le falta mucho para una buena estadia. Otro punto muy mal es que es durante el dia es parqueadero publico y tienes que andar buscando quien mueva los carros para poder salir. Y si sales despues de las 8 pm tienes que ir al loby a avisar para que puedan abrir y cabe menciknar que esta en una area super traficada y cuesta salir del area

Excelente Ubicación, a unas cuadras de la Alameda, varias estaciones del metro. La habitación es amplia y bonita, colchón cómodo, tiene caja fuerte, clóset, baño espacioso. En el lobby siempre hay café y té gratis. El personal es demasiado atento. De ley me volvería a hospedar aquí. Muy recomendado

clean room, easy building to get in and out of, staff provided water and coffee. room size was perfect. had an excellent stay only thing is ac did not work the best but overall satisfied with my stay

This is a very modern, clean hotel with spacious rooms, and is VERY conveniently located (several blocks south of the Alameida Central park, which is lively at all hours and is surrounded museums including the Palacio de Belles Artes, the Tower Latinoamerica which has a 360-degree observation deck on the 44th floor, and many wonderful restaurants for both breakfasts and dinners. Although the hotel itself doesn't offer breakfast, the Hotel Metropole has a great buffet breakfast and is only a couple of blocks up the street - in addition to all the other great restaurants nearby. The location is also central for many other destinations in the city. It's a 20-30 minute walk to the La Merced market, the cathedral, the sunken Aztec city, the Plaza Garibaldi, the museums of chocolate, tequila/mezcal and Muralism. It's a 40-minute walk in the other direction to the Museum of Anthropology, Modern Art, Contemporary Art, Chapultepec Castle, etc. And there's a a subway station about 15 minutes away. It's also near a pick-up spot for tours of the Teotihuacan Pyramids. We were VERY happy with this choice!

la habitación muy cómoda y amplia. cuenta con todo lo necesario ya sea en viaje de negocios o de placer. la ubicación me gustó mucho x la cercanía a todos los lugares y actividades que teníamos planeados. está muy cerca de la alameda central, de la ciudadela, del mercado de san Juan. me agradó mucho la disposición del personal. en general es muy cómodo. la relación calidad y precio es muy buena

It is a very modern hotel and spacious. The decoration is very nice and everything seems new and functional. It is close to the Alameda Central but the street where it is located is not the best. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are cotton and very soft. It is nice they include some Nespresso cups to prepare coffee. I would definitely stay there again!

The rooms are modern and comfortable. The reception staff was not polite or helpful.
