So it’s not right next to central Iquitos, but that doesn’t matter. Central is a quick moto taxi ride for very cheap, or a 15-20 minute walk. What matters to me is how nice this place was. Iquitos is a rowdy town. It’s lively with a lot of hustle and bustle. This property is not: it is serene. I loved it so much, I ended up staying an extra night. It’s calm, relaxing, and downright beautiful. Right when you walk in, you are met with a beautiful courtyard that centers a gorgeous pool. There’s a small bar and restaurant, excursion services, and a 24 hour service concierge. My bed was comfy and the hotel is quiet and filled with beautiful flowers and trees and plants (yes inside the hotel). Will stay again 100%. Ps. The staff were all incredible. Such cool people!
