Hotel in good location close to Plaza de Armas. Staff very helpful and courteous

El personal se esfuerza, pero el hotel no es confortable ; el aire acondicionado es antiguo y no enfría, el champú y el jabón de pésima calidad , no hay toallas en la habitación y las que trajeron eran viejas , el bufet de desayuno pobre y sin variedad

4th floor pool complete with room service pool side. Staff was superb. Great breakfast buffet

Great service, some speak English. One of the few places in Trujillo with A/C, you only find it in pricey hotels. Good cable TV, comfortable bed, spacious room, nice tub, nice bathroom with hairdryer. Pool looked nice, with good view of sports club across the street. Included breakfast buffet was very good. Street seemed safe and only a short walk to Plaza de Armas or Av España where you can catch a cheap micro or bus, or hotel will call a taxi for you. Paying a little extra to stay here is worth it, and paying a little less vs hotels on the Plaza is also worth it. Kudos to the staff here.
