My first day I went to the patio and the bartender talk to me the I can't not be there the it was only for ppl the is consume Alcohol or food, then the day after my fist day my friends and I we went out and the housekeeping did not clean, when we got back to the room we did not have towels, the pillows did not have pillowcases, the garbage is was full.

It’s a nice place and good location the only things some of the rooms smell much humid and doesn’t have safe box and mini fridge

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, super close to Revolution. This is my second time staying here and will continue to stay when I visit Tijuana.

The staff are the most friendliest. They go out of their way to provide top notch service. I kept them busy and they helped with no complaints or bad faces.

We always enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly, which keeps us coming back. The only issues we experienced during this stay were that our room was never serviced, and the internet connection was poor and unreliable. Aside from those inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay and look forward to returning.

The hotel looks nice, the rooms are clean, she showers are big. The terrace is the nicest overseeing TJ. The valet/parking folks are fast and accommodating. My biggest complaint is the basic needs. Two bath towels for a group of four. No towels for the jacuzzi. The air conditioning control didn't work and the room was freezing. On top of everything we couldn't take a shower or use the restrooms because there was a problem with the water pump. They told us to wait one hour, but it took longer. We called the front and it took hours before the extra towels came.

Location was great. Shopping close by as well as dining. Definitele will book again.

They took their time anytime you needed something

La habitacion muy amplia y comoda. Solo el desayuno te lo exageran pero no es muy bueno y el personal que estaba atendiendo le falta mas amabilidad. Sin embargo, como salimos muy temprano no hay muchas opciones cerca.

Nice, clean helpful staff, good location close to it all. Only issue is the elevator is super slow. I used the stairs most of the time, I will return but will ask for first floor room
