The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful and the river is nearby and soothing to listen to. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with so much food. They even let us leave our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu. A great place to stay!

A equipe é sensacional e esteve sempre atentas aos nossos pedidos, preparavam lanches para nossos passeios da madrugada inclusive. A cidade estava fria então a água do chuveiro não esquentou todos os dias (talvez porque todos chegávamos ao mesmo tempo).

Really great place. Very well situated and the staff are very friendly. Rooms are a little dated but they’re cleaned very well and maintaed properly.

Nos sentimos muy cómodos en todo momento. Todo el personal fue súper atento, queremos destacar la amabilidad de Ángela que nos acompaño muy amorosamente en nuestra estadía. Sin dudas volveríamos.

O café da manhã era gostoso, tem a opção de ovos fritos na hora. Caso precise sair mais cedo para os passeios, eles oferecem lunch box. A localização do hotel é muito boa e a hospitalidade também. Os quartos eram limpos diariamente e a equipe sempre cordial para atender nossas necessidades, inclusive com compressas de água quente para aliviar a dor dos passeios de trekking. Recomendo a estadia!

With how affordable the hotel was, it delivered above and beyond. The breakfast was great, bed was big and comfy, and wifi connection was fast and reliable. I highly recommend it.

Hotel very clean, central location. Staff excellent, very kind and helpful. Biggest problem for us was that the bathroom smelled like leaking sewer gasses. Great hot water and water pressure, space heater in room kept us comfortable. Very good breakfast. We loved Angela, she made us feel very welcome and cared for.
