Un servicio excelente 10/10

Todo muy lindo y tal como descrito.

En la habitación le falta poner mallas antimosquitos para una mejor ventilación

.

La atención, muy desconforme ya que cuando alquile en la pagina decia se aceptan mascotas pero no pense que tenía un recargo de 17 dolares por noche, sin recibir ninguna atención y servicio para la mascota, en total pague 34 dolares por las 2 noches. Algo adicional en la pagina habia un numero para contactarme con el Hotel, escribí y llame un día antes pero nunca me contestaron.

The staff was really nice and kind, always making sure we had everything we needed! The rooms were clean so were the towel and sheets. The distance to the beach was really good and it was literally a private beach my family and I really enjoyed our stay and will be returning. The only downside was the powercuts on both days.

The room was not fancy but it was clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was a bit slow but good. Nice pools. It did not have chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Good for the price. Would stay there again.

Front desk dont even smile i need an Iron didn't have one room didn't have fone to call front desk water on the shower very little no Air conditioner only people at the restaurant was very kind and smile all the time specially Alvaro very nice gentleman they did not ask if i want the bed sheets to be changed untill a night before there was no need since i was leaving the hotel the next morning early i will definitely NOT stay in Costa Beach again im sorry but it wasn't for free my stay there

Customer service was very accommodating do anything that was needed.

Garaje muy pequeño, atencion pesima mas que terrible, comoda pesima y demasiado costosa para la porcion que ponen, tiempos interminables y muy mala organizacion, habitaciones mal adecuadas y olor a alcantarilla en la pisicna. No recomiendo para nada en absoluto este lugar. mala experiencia

Everything perfect

Todo muy limpio y acogedor. El staff del hotel muy amables. La pasmos excelente. Fuimos 3 adultos y 2 niños.

Deberian implementar Frio Bar en las habitaciones
