Saw pool and gym in the picture, only booked this for the pool and gym and couldn’t get into either. Pool wasn’t active, and gym required day passes. Not worth it

The location was good, and having access to the kitchen and laundry machine was very convenient. However, the room was not very clean, and the housekeeping staff was not particularly polite. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, so I had to clean it myself.

I travel frequently and hold Expedia Gold status, but this was one of the most frustrating check-in experiences I've ever had. The property is a self-check-in hotel, yet the only information I received before arrival was a four-digit passcode. There were no instructions about where to park, how to find the hotel entrance, or how the check-in process worked. When I arrived, I found a large mixed-use building with no clear hotel signage. My reservation included free parking, but there was no information on where to park. I had to call the property using my international phone to get directions. After finding the correct parking area and checking in at one of several kiosks in the lobby, I received a room key. Unfortunately, the key did not work at the elevator entrance. After several more minutes of confusion, I finally discovered that hotel guests were supposed to use a separate service elevator. Honestly, the entire arrival process felt more like an escape room game than checking into a hotel. At every step I had to figure out the next clue on my own—where to park, which kiosk to use, how to access the elevators, and how to reach the room. The room itself was just okay—nothing special, but adequate for a one-night stay. My main complaint is the lack of communication and guidance. What should have been a simple check-in took nearly an hour to figure out after a long day of traveling with my family. Not acceptable for a property near the airport and listed on Expedia.

The room was clean and large enough for our family.

가성비 최고의 숙소인 듯. 방이 좀 작은 감이 있지만 신축이라 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있음. 뷰가 아주 맘에 들었음

진짜 이렇게 청결하지 못한 호텔은 첨이었네요 노란 침구류보고 기겁을 했습니다 1박 그것도 몇시간 잠만 자고 가면 되어서 컴플레인하지않았지만 너무 심했네요 그리고 주차장에서 찾아가는 안내도 찾아볼 수 없었습니다

Very clean and well put together place. The bed was a little firm also multiple addresses, which was confusing for directions who was not open because of the season I was told even though it’s summer.

Easy and free Parking, gym and golf practice screen range is good enough for stay. Nearby subway station and family park.

주차 후 정확한 체크인 동선 안내가 필요함. (건물구조 복잡하여 여행짐 들고 체크인 카운터까지 찾기 힘들었음) 객실 바닥 및 침구류등 청결 상태 너무 별로였음.

Great location in Songdo. The rooms were clean and tons of food and 24 hour services in the lobby. The gym was great! It had alot of machines. Highly recommend booking here.

Clean room, easy parking and easy access to building. Gym and screen golf exercise also good enough. If i have a chance to stay in songdo , I'll back to here.

The parking is not free unless you keep your slip to scan. Also the toilet was broken. The location is great very close to food places. The beds are extremely hard and when showering you get very tiny towels that don’t dry you. I was not impressed with the price or the venue.
