The Riad is very beautiful and tranquil. We were greeted as guests in someone’s home and provided a free upgrade without asking. We had help with luggage up stairs. Breakfast was good. The airport shuttle was affordable and prompt.

Door to bathroom didn't close, ran into jamb, building must have shifted? Sliding windows from hallway into room don't lock so no effective way to secure your room. Sewage smell in room, but this seems to be a commonality in Marrakech as all shower drains have a drain that can be opened and closed with a foot touch to open it while you are showering and close it when done to keep drain smells from leaking in. It was close to airport, which is why we chose it. Shuttle to airport was $150 MD (less than Uber price by $50 MD if you're wondering what "surcharge" is) We left before breakfast time started (8:30am) for airport so we requested early breakfast. They made us coffee and two pancakes and two crepe type things. No fruit, no yogurt, no toppings for pancakes. Better than nothing I suppose. Pool isn't heated at all, which I'm sure is great in July, but in April/May, wasn't usable. Overall, underwhelming.

The staff were amazing. So welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The kettle and hairdryer were much appreciated too and the breakfast was a lovely experience.

Das Frühstück am Morgen war sehr gut.Service auch sehr hilfsbereit und nett.Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab deswegen überflutete es,das Badezimmer. Eine Nacht war Insgesamt in Ordnung.

Grand Riad très proche de l’aéroport de Marrakech. Composé de nombreuses chambre entourant un grand espace intérieur. L’entrée du Riad est un peu compliqué à trouver de nuit, la rue n’est pas éclairée. Ma chambre était petite et assez vieillotte. Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche. Problème de propreté dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner copieux et composé de produits locaux. Accueil très sympathique malgré tout. Transport possible vers Aéroport pour 100MAD en espèce au réceptionniste.

Very helpful staff explained transportation options and lower cost options. They loaned me some local currency to get to ATM. They even packed a to-go breakfast since we had a very early flight before breakfast hours.

The staff was very welcoming and gracious despite my late evening arrival. The riad was very clean and well maintained and the room was spacious.

A great location in relation to the airport. We arrived late and didn’t want to check into our higher priced accommodations until the next day. This was a good choice for our overnight/transition stay. The service was excellent, yet the room didn’t cool down ( we were there in late June, so very hot) and there was a stain on the wall in the bathroom that definitely needs to be cleaned/painted. Lovely decor.
