對比剛開業時，整體環境變差，管理不善。客房整潔度下降，有待改善。雖然本次是幫家人預訂，若不是地點理想，下次也不入住

在Hotels上所订的房型与到店拿到的房间差距很大。 房间卫生条件差并有异味， 床单与毛巾发黄破损。 非常不满意的地方是使用酒店提供的拖鞋居然要收费（在房间里的收费项目清单上没有标注该项）

酒店位置很便利,客房設施尚可但服務質素有待加強,浴室排水孔有阻塞情況...下次應該不會考慮

Wi-Fi usually not work.

First room offered had terrible smell of foul water but staff quickly changed rooms. Breakfast is very limited, only 1.5 hours and poor selection available - food not replenished so get there early or nothing available. No airport transfer available despite this being advertised.

People smoke inside, so you can feel the bad smell. Rooms should be renovated. Breakfast is more or less OK. Close to the convention center, supermarkets and restaurants. About 20 min to the City Center.

The hotel is not very clean,, and the staff can't speak English, Also it says it is 1km away from the canton fair venue, but is a lie, took me almost 1hr to get there.

Hotel is very small and bad smell . Floor carpet is dirty . Staff can't speak english ..

The hotel is comparatively new but the location is a bit inconvenient no proper restaurants ’s in the vicinity, according to my Chinese friends the hotel is not in a good neighborhood , but within a few minutes in a cab one could get to some shopping malls etc the staff is very young and quite inexperienced hardly any English speaking staff , but quite attentive and obliging

Old hotel, staff is not English speaking almost.. bed was disaster! breakfast - no words, only few Chinese dishes, no even sugar!! Location - more or less ok, not too far from subway I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!
